@djsnkz I'm not considering hard mode manibus as a season 2. Is there a separate battle pass for the hard mode manibus? I'm considering seasons as the battle pass basically and scenarios are the different "game modes" the way they label these things is convoluted, your argument makes more sense if you see talking about the pvp mode. Idk what differences there are between last pvp scenario and this new one. I feel like they just dropped the hard mode servers to pad time between scenario 1 and scenario 2. Presumably season 2 [battle pass] would launch with scenario 2

@@FringePatriotGaming i signed up for pve hard mode. Except few change on the difficulty i don’t see any difference on this game. the only thing piss me off is the wipe if we playing the same thing all over again. I dont mind the wipe if it was new mission new boss. Whats the point in this?

You only lose the Cannon if it's in your inventory. If it is down on the ground it will stay there on that world for 15 minutes or so. After that it disappears but you can reclaim it for free from the dwarf that sells them

I was just wondering today about how in game economy will work. I would assume that there will be player to player trading. I'm actively looking into it to see if I can find out for sure because I'm working on a video theory crafting the optimal skills to train day 1 and a player economy is needed for my plans. I'll let you know if I find any solid info

Pay to play members will have access to the player to player trafing system. Seems like that will be how trading is at launch, I'm not seeing a generalized spot to sell stuff to others like the grand exchange. Back to saying "selling 200 lobbies 20k" haha

Merchant skill might allow you to set up shop in specific areas as well, hopefully that answers your question. I'll talk about it in the theorycrafting video I'm working on

Haha I'm guessing you had the bug that makes the pull prompts appear like they are working but they aren't. Typicslly re logging, joining a party or crafting another rod fixes it

@@FringePatriotGaming My assumption that I saw confirmed at release we will only have chef and fishing professions during first chapter. Obviously we will probably also have combat and maybe forager; therefore, for me I’ll prob max fishing first if possible because it sounds like the game makes you jump around different professions so to be efficient leveling you prob have to jump between them but still have the option to grind out one profession but slower exp rates.

Dude you are telling me nothing. I was not expecting this many comments of people struggling with it. I think it boils down to the bug that makes the system not work but look like it should be working

He comes out of some chests as well. Super rare from storage crates or something, and that might only unlock after you get the first one so I think killing 200 with melee is the fastest way

@@FringePatriotGaming Yeah it's frustrating. Especially when you go out to Myer's Market to snag yourself a beaver, decide "Hey why not" and go for an eel. Get it on the first cast, and watch it's stamina bar continue to go up while yours continues to go down. Hopefully they figure out whatever it is that's causing it and fix it, I've never been much of a fan of fishing minigames but it's that much worse when the game itself is only sometimes working and only working for some people. Loving the rest of the game though at least.

If it's not working try re logging. I heard there is a bug with a and d prompts that make them not work even though they show that they are working. If that's not it I'm not sure

You gotta run up the entiee mountain. There is a path carved out in the rocks that you have to take which is near the top that takes you he rest of the way to the event

@@jackwong5816 I don't think you can get them all in one spot. With the new fish added though if you went to a dock you haven't been to there might be a chance you get 7 new fish from that dock.

So I've heard there is a bug where the a and d prompts appear to be working but don't do anything. If you are losing fish constantly even though you are hitting the prompts I heard re logging or joining a party will fix it

You need to hold a and or d when it prompts you. Also the a and d prompts can be bugged where they display they are working but they aren't. Re logging usually fixes it

Yeah that's what I said but I'm no 100% sure of that. Only time my line snapped was when I had the tension bar filled up. I know there are a few bugs with the new system could be why your line broke early

If the a and prompt look like they are working but you still don't catch fish try re logging because that's a bug that re logging usually fixes. If that's not the problem and you are still losing fish then idk I could barely force myself to lose a fish

Oil only comes out of the black patches in certain areas. I don't think I had any oil at this base it's further east that the oil fields open up

@@FringePatriotGaming Yeah new system seems very bad for me atm when i use A and D prompts the fish gains stamina instead of losing stamina i tried relogging and restarting have not been able to catch a fish since the update i had 0 trouble with the old fishing

Yeah a coat of paint on the old system would have done it wonders. I don't like not being able to fish with one hand anymore
