Hey guys, Jim here. My wife and I have left two comments regarding the Exitrax but I can't for the life of me find which video of yours it was that we put our comments on so I 'm going to use this one and hope you and your subscribers see this. After lots of frustrating research we were finding that shipments were only being made to Australia. Then we came upon BOSS 4X4 in Murrieta, Ca. We were able to order some black Exitrax 1150 Ultimates and they arrived in 3 days! 'Have not used them yet but I'm happy with my research and glad we got 'em. Yes, they were only $200 but shipping was $55. 'Still a good price. Thanks for your reviews, they are really helpful. As I reread this, I'm thinking that I might have addressed this already. Well, twice is better than none. Thanks again.
Are you associated with the Mean Mother 4x4 youtube channel? They have this same exact video uploaded on their channel. Didn't know if they had your permission to do that or not. Figured I would give you a heads up.
I have the Tred Pro's. Broke them the first use. IMO they are not worth the consideration or money. The Treds are made of a stiffer plastic so they don't bridge very well. That's why they cracked in the demo and why they cracked when I used them. I didn't even try to use them as a bridge rather when the vehicles weight rolled on the Tred it cracked right in the middle. The Maxtrax conversely is made of a more pliable plastic for that very reason.
We actually stayed at street pressure to make it easier to get stuck in sand. When that sand is a little moist it packs pretty good and it’s fairly hard. We were trying to get dug in.
I was hoping it was street tire pressure 👍Good to see the traction boards still working even with normal street psi. Now that I’m thinking about it, I can’t recall watching a review on traction boards with normal psi.
Mean Mother is the distributor and they used to have a US website but I can’t find it now. I know that Trevor has a bunch of Exitrax that he ordered for Overland Expo. He might be able to send you a set. Hit him up on Instagram on his page. Overlandingnorthamerica. Good luck.
did i see black ice under the arb boards.. they didnt have a chance, the others inbeded in the snow. im not an arb fan but would like to have seen a fair contest. did show how effective the tracks are though
Not using the shovel because it's a DMOS - $200 they won't back with a warranty (unless you consider the "Iron Clad Warranty" (only mfg defects) BS. Keep it on a shelf so you don't hurt it!

Hey Jim. I’m sorry it was so frustrating getting your hands on the Exitrax but glad you found them. It’s too bad it’s so hard to get them now.
21:25 some of the plants ( i see 2 kind ) we have them also in Saudi Arabia desert , northeast region
Wow that was s really cool!!!
I agree, would like to see a face off with ActionTrax and MaxTrack
Great test. Would have liked to have seen some Action Trax
Thanks guys for all the time and effort you put into this comparison.
Thanks for watching!
I'd like to see an optional insert to help support the tracks when bridging. Could be a pop in bracket for a 2x6, or something similar.
Thank you for helping us decide.
Glad we could help!!!
the outtakes are always so funny!!
Thanks doll 😜
thanks for the shout-out!

Hey. No affiliation but they did reach out and ask if they could use the review. Thanks for looking out for me though. Much appreciated.
@@AdventureBuilt No problem! I'm glad to help.
Do the outside mounting holes of the Exitrax line up with the mounting holes of the Maxtrax? Thanks.
Let me check on that, I think they are a little different.

Need to bring in ActionTrax!
Great review, I have a set of each (exit & max) I’m yet to put them to use, curious if you have tried to mount them together on a cross bar?
Great review. 👍
Glad you liked it
haha...love the Ronny Dahl reference (I am a fan)...but this great demo for our area (west USA)
Can’t seem to find the exitrax available for purchase anywhere in the US… where can we get these?
I just checked the link in the description will take you to their website.
Thanks guys. Great testing video
Thank you very much!!!!
Great review! Were either of the Tacoma or 4Runner aired down? What psi were the tires? Thanks! Really enjoyed the video.

Does Exitrax ship to California ?
Sure does
Great show.
Stop saying “these ones”! Using these is sufficient.
Where are the action trax lol
Well shoot… even if the Exitrax aren’t great a lifetime that even they break they will replace is enough for me!!!

But, mean mother website doesn't ship to USA. And all USA vendors are out of stock. Disappointing.
That sucks man. They really are great.
Max trax are way better
