    I like the fact that the 2nd and 3rd places are smilieng at the end , running is such a dificult thing to do that at the end even if you lost the race you feel like a winner inside just because you finished it.

      +Samuel Matos That's the thing about running, it's not about how good your bike was, or how fast your car is, it's about you and you alone, and when you've run the best race of your life or even of the week for that matter, where you placed just doesn't seem that important.

      +Y10Q Sorry to hear that. I too once experienced a "heart murmur" after a race. Started the cool down then all of a sudden my heart "raced" to an ungodly speed. Most painful experience. I just sat down thinking this was it. Luckily subsided after five minutes.
      Never told anybody that day even though it showed. People asked if I was ok but I just told them it was the race.
      Again sorry to hear of your loss.

    Thats EPO and blood doping at play right there in that last mile.

    • @valecupa6405

      Completly agree. Nobody normal can go that fast

    • @kurtvonohlen3500

      vale cupa its not so much that, its more that drugs and blood doping create results, and the people at the top have to be using, because it they weren't they would be overtaken by somebody who does.

      kurt von ohlen I've studied sport physiology and I know what are the limits of human aerobic performance. No matter how you've been endowed by mother nature it's hard to believe somebody can run a 10k in well below 29 min, after the 1.4k swim and 40k bike ...

    • @ProfeTa6
      @ProfeTa6 10 лет назад +39

      You guys make me laugh. You know they get tested just like any other top athlete right? Also: In the bike most of them recover in the group, it's not hard to go 40km fast if you are always on someone's wheel so when they start the run they are pretty fresh.

      The cicling sector and the swimming is only to keep good positions, the important fact is how You come to the running race.

    ...that go go juice is good stuff. Got to a sub 4-min mile training from elementary school by the time I was in high-school not missing a day of training (with absurd/natural testosterone levels)... holy goodness how these guys do it at the end of a triathlon when it was never common 30+ years ago while fresh.
