What should I use on a salomon huck knife?
Its description says it has a "2-degree edge holding tune throughout the key parts of the sidecut, back to a 3-degree bevel between the feet."
Those are just how the board comes beveled from the factory on the base. Not something you will worry about unless you are messing with the base side of the edge. Like Matt said in the video though, the side of the edge is more what you’ll be sharpening.

Thought you're not supposed to tune the base edge and should only be done by shop?
Only if your edger has the spot for the file on the base side.
