You're not going to get bigger lips by massaging them lmfao that's like saying you're changing the size of a body part by just rubbing it. You cavy change the shape or size of your lips this way. It's impossible

Y’all want to know why this works…just like any place on the body if you consistently massage fat to a certain place IT WILL MOVE so yes this works over time. You will have to continue doing it though. That’s why people get butt lifts with massaging methods. Works the same anywhere on your body.

Trust me at 1 56 i have had that as a habit when i was a teenage n my upper lip is bigger than my lower lip now.. its just a childish thing at that time.. but it works. This is permanent to me but i guess it will take time
I have this massage for a week at the beginning and it actually help 50/50. why 50/50? when I'm not smiling, my lips still look normal size, but when I smile, here comes the magic! Also before I start this work out I apply a diy scrab (don't know if I wrote that correctly) that I made with 2 spoons of sugar and 2 spoons of olive oil and let for 5 minutes. then with a paper towel scrab it until all the sugar and oil is gone (don't use water, it won't work as well. ) also I'll do this only for a week Today I did Day 1. After I put the diy scrab in my lips I did the work out and my lips actually look different! I think it works but I'll update tomorrow (I might forget but I'll try my best to update). Day 2: Did the whole routine again. I can see a change but it's not that big Day 3: didn't so much of a change Day 4: same as day 2. Did some change but not too much. K so basically your lips will get used to the same exercise and stop showing anything new so be sure to change vids with other work outs for lips bcs after day 4 I stopped having changes

When i used to study in Upper Kinder Garden, my one of the teacher had a very plump lip and i also wanted to have like that lip. So everytime i used to strech my upper lip and now i am in 7th grade and i have plump lip and i really like it......

I just tried it so i can't really answer your question but lips are basically muscles and no muscle in your body will "stay in shape" forever if you don't work work out or in this case "massage". Hope this was helpful:)

Y’all not only was this less than 4 minutes. This actually works. Reading the comments I didn’t believe them. Till I tried this, and actually got results. I already have pretty plump lips. But idk after doing this I got my desired shape. :3 I’m gonna continue, and I’ll update if they stay!
