I am curious how well the mic works while using it with the USB. My son needs the mic but to have his phone connected to the ears for phone calls would be nice too.
If not may not even have bluetooth built in. If it does than they lock it down again. You technically can only have 2 Bluetooth connected at once on blue tooth 5. So if they wanted 4 controllers they would need to chips. However if they wanted extra for head set they would have to ad an extra. So my guess the did not want to pay extra. For it. Like most consoles. Even on other consoles need separate blue tooth adapter that usually comes with headset. Only devices I've seen with built in blue tooth has been tablets and phones.
Thanks a lot for this video! Although I know I could’ve skipped to the end to see the best because that’s the only one that matters I watched the whole thing because I enjoyed your style and production! Very well made brother!
Dude, you are the MAN! Thank you very much for this video. We just started playing with discord and the Homespot Pro is exactly what we need but didn't know existed!
Homespot Pro is Hands Down tBest BT Adapter out there. So many features and the APTX, and APTX LL codec has almost zero audio lag as long as your using headphones that have the APTX codec aswell.
@@jensonpichardo5591 I have used Sony wh-1000xm3 and standard AirPods. No latency or volume issues. Super easy to pair as well. I have been more than impressed.
So wait, you can’t use this to hook up gaming headphones to chat with friends while gaming only to hook up headphones and listen to the audio of the game? I wasn’t aware the switch didn’t have voice chat to talk to friends while gaming, definitely glad I saw your video, saved me some money cause I personally think it’s totally useless to get a Bluetooth adapter for the switch now, not doing all that discord stuff to chat for a video game. I’ll just listen to the game audio on my tv. I mean I get it, if your on a plane or something and you don’t want to disturb other people then yeah but at that point just plug your headphones in. Thanks for the informative video, as I said you definitely saved me some money.
I use bionik, it secures pretty nicely and has a usb c pass through to charge your Switch. And thr updated model works with the lite also. Fits nicely with the Satisfye grip and case.
Hi.... Important question if you could answer this.... Do you have a Nintendo Switch compatible headset?. ALSO. Can you talk using your headset? My son plays Fortnite. He uses the switch in the doc. And he talks. All important points.
using the ugreen 3.5mm bluetooth adaptor for my 2010 apple watch. :p thats the ipod nano 6 with 5$ aliexpres flush watch bezel and OG DKNY early 2000s braided stainless steel wrist strap that apple took inspiration for their later apple watches. took forever to find good info about these different devices. might take it apart and try to cutt out the hinge and epoxy it in place so that it mounts perfectly flush to my watch. really like the included battery since the original 6th gen nano battery is only .39 watt hours. ironically without charging it still lasts me 1-2 months with daily light use. crazy how much battery life devices can have if theyre not constantly spying on u and pushing adds/stealing ur meta data.... thx for uploading
Great video. Thanks!! Maybe someone can help me. I need a simple bluetooth transceiver to bluetooth full-duplex connect to my android phone so that I can make phone calls through my audio interface without physically connecting my phone to the interface, but by using the bluetooth device that I describe. So the bluetooth interface must have analog in and outs, the analog in will be sent back to the smartphone as "mic in" and the analog out will be the sound being passed from my phone to the bluetooth device back to my audio interface. I read that it must work in TDD mode, but not sure about that. Most of the whiz-bang bluetooth devices have send/receive switches, but for the sake of phone call I need it to work like an BT earbud that one uses commonly, but with ports for the phone mic and sound. BlueDriver M3 does it, but not crazy about the product. Does anyone know how to do this easily and inexpensively?
could the Homespot Pro let me connect a Steelseries Arctis wireless 1? Cos the Arctis Wireless 1 comes with its own adapter, but if I could use the Homespot Pro, i can enable voice chat via Discord while listening to game audio. That would definitely help me make up my mind on buying this adapter and the headset.
I have the gulikit route air in pokemon red and white, pretty good and easy to connect. It won't fit with if you have a cover but easily solved with a usbc extension. Mine is setup with the right angled extension which surprisingly helped my switch light stand up on its own with the skull and co cover and grip.
Can any of these work in Dock Mode or are there any alternative bluetooth options for dock mode with a mic headphone set. My son has ruined a lot of headphone jacks also taking them in and out at an angle.
Does anybody know if the Gulikit fits with the DOBE Integrated Protective Case (TNS-1875)? I love the grip already because it's comfortable with my hands so I really want the sleek design of Gulikit with it.
Does the headphone jack one still fit with the Dobe grip controller? The version two you have has a thinner back plate than the first version. Also do any of the usb c Bluetooth devices you have work with the Dobe grip controller? I have the Skull & Co Eva Unit 01 audio stick.
Which Dobe controller grip do you own? Is it the TNS-19252? I own the headphone jack connected to my Powerbeats pro. English isn’t my first language but I’ll try to help. I’m using the headset jack docked at the moment without a case, BUT you must purchase a “3.5mm Male to Female headphone jack adapter” (look up the one made by Fospower on Amazon). This headphone jack adapter also allows me to use the switch undocked, with a silicone protective case on. I could write more but I feel like I already wrote too much and I have a hard time compressing one paragragh into one sentence. Hope this helps. I can post pics on Amazon with the Bluetooth adapter + male to female adapter docked and another one undocked, with the silicone case+bluetooth adapter+mal e to female adapter if you’d like.take care and sorry for wall of text Edit: bad English into potentially even worse English Edit 2: upvoted my own post because I interrupted my ghost blade hd run lol
You earned my like when you said you would be addressing grip case compatibility. The last time I tried to find videos or websites that addressed that topic I came up short. With the exception of this one video from Sandbox Xplorer, which somewhat helped me but wasn't enough.
I don't really use my switch as a handheld gaming device, it's normally docked, is there a device out there? Been looking at bluetooth transmitters that plug into the 3.5mm jack port, but will they allow the mic to work?
I'm a noob to the switch. Just got one. Is there an adapter that has a pass through so you can charge your switch while playing? Or are we stuck with battery power only?
I would use it on my ipad pro and on my laptop, since neither support dual audio like my Samsung phone. Some times I just wanna watch a movie with someone, and not be making to much noise, and I cant cuz I cant connect 2 bluetooth headphones at the same time to neither device. It would be useful for when somebody is in a work meeting or school. idk
is their one that could work when in tv sharing mode, it has to go through the headphone jack and Ugreen can't work because it hangs down blocking it from completely going in

These are awesome. Kinda sucks the switch doesn’t have this normally:/
Yea, even my 10 year old iPad has bluetooth.
Its because the Joycon's are taking the blue tooth. With bluetooth 5 the max things you can have connected at once is 2.
