Hey guys, just a heads up, the 8bitdo controller adapter can work with a usb to usb-c adapter which is included, so you don’t necessarily need to have it docked to use it. But you will need a stand or something if you plan to play that way.
@@zacri9434 same.. i think its broken. Cuz its dead. Pls help. It wont charge or sync whatever i do. So dont bother telling me to press the sync button because i already tried. pls tell me if you have other options
@@starphoria Literally not going to be worth it for me. I play pc 90% of the time and just use the switch to chill in the car or on my bed. That and a pro switch will just have a 1080p display and some other minor but nice to have changes which wont justify the extra price imo
I love the pro grip from satisfye, it’s half the price of the hori joy cons and it just goes right on the switch so you have the same big comfortable grip with the OG joycons and don’t lose Bluetooth or HD rumble.
@@XGARXS yeah 100% I love both products but look at it this way, do you want joy con's that feel more comfortable, or do you want a genuine controller for portable use, the hori definitely feel like a proper controller it's no gimmick
I only reccomend the 8bitdo adapter to anyone who doesn’t have enough money for a Switch Pro Controller. My first gaming controller was the dualshock 4 when I got my ps4 at launch. I used it for 6 years since. So you could say I was quite used to the dualshock controller layout. When I got my Switch Pro Controller, holy crap! It is soo much more comfortable and all the buttons, triggers, sticks feel so much higher quality. If you are like me and have never given any other style of controller a chance, I HIGHLY recommend you give the Switch Pro Controller a chance. I used to get hand cramps all the time but now I hardly ever do.
I hope the guy doing this videos sees this. Seriously, he’s got talent. Very easy to watch and relatable. Great content and clear to understand. He doesn’t drag the content on, and makes it a pleasant video. Thank you.
I prefer the GuliKit Route+ Pro in Combination with the SteelSeries Arctis 3 Bluetooth Edition. The Advantage of this Combination is, that you have a U shaped Adapter for the GuliKit Dongle, so u have the big dongle behind the Switch. And with the Headset, you are a little more flexible in the usage, because it can use Cable an Bluetooth connection simultaneously. That helps if you play a multiplayer game with voice chat on your Smartphone.
This is what we need - folders -wider screen -themes -internet browser - Netflix - no joycon drift - good eshop - and a great online services - more features. - powerful enough to run next gen games - good graphics
The best budget controller instead of the pro one if you want one is the power A enhanced wired controller it has a 10ft cable, headphone jack, officially licensed by Nintendo and two back scuff buttons that you can make whatever you want it’s $40 Canadian and it’s amazing but extremely light but really good
Hey ! Just started watching your videos, stumbled upon one of your unboxing videos one day & I kinda got everyone and their mothers hooked on you lol... anyway love your channel! I have so many videos to catch up on.. KEEP them coming 💯✊🏾
Yes being used to the way the PlayStation controller's buttons work in North America can be a little confusing when using them on a Nintendo switch but if you happen to live in Japan that's not going to be a problem because the X and O buttons are swapped from how they work in North America so they are basically the same as Nintendos.
The Hori controllers are awesome and Heaven sent... I mainly play docked (90% of the time), but when I do take it with me, I need the Hori Split Pad Pro's with me... Either them or the Satisfye Grip.
I got the horii controller's and I like them thanks for showing them and the portable battery helps me a lot when I'm traveling I always come on your page you really give good advise and show a lot of things Thank you I support your page
One thing you missed is you can use a ps4 control in handheld mode with the 8bitdo, just need the mirco usb 3.0 to USB adapter but its awkward without a decent stand or a clamp to hold it to the ps4 controller 👍
I really love your videos they really seem clean and fresh and overall easy but entertaining to watch. What most caught my eye is your clean modern organized video setup recording area. I subbed for that reminds me of randomfrankp
Thing with the ps4 controller is that for games that use the intended layout of the playstation buttons, it's the same as the switch. JRPG players, for example, should feel right at home as O was meant to mean confirm and X was meant to mean cancel. In fact it's a great example of why people in charge of localization often do more harm than good, because they make arbitrary changes that at best offer no meaningful improvement and at worst create confusion.
Just found your channel, really enjoying your videos. Grabbed the Hori split pad pro in May and it's the only way I can play my switch now in handheld.

I have that controller for the switch. Super comfortable alternative to the satisfye grip. I alternate between those 2. The controllers are huge though
Nice Video! You showed me some dope products! There is only one thing: You should have mentioned that skins can ruin the surface of the Nintendo Switch.
@UrAvgConsumer have you had any Drift issues with your joycons?
