I have been surprise trading all of my extra Froakie as I finish hatching a few batches, and added a few extra egg moves on them for the community. So far, I’m up to around 80 or so 😊. I hope my trades have helped other Pokémon fans enjoy the game as much as my son and I have. Gotta catch them all! 🎮

The best method i find is to just buy the egg power meal in alfronada and set up a picnic for 30 mins to get as many eggs as you can. I am not really a fan of this since i really liked the hatch 5, release/wt 5 method from swsh but it is what it is.
I just caught the greninja in the raid battle. It was challenging, I used assault vest bellibolt to endure attacks and hit it back, my teammate used a bulky vaporean and it unleashed its stats onto the poison type greninja. It was surprising that it was gone just like that. I named him Koga, as in the poison gym leader/ elite four member
@@pl4zmaspeedy462 i did slowbro strat and 1 shot him lol took me like 6 hours to catch and train one to lvl 100 with all the right moves etc for the fight but it was worth it, i actually enjoyed the tera raid hunts i had to do for psychic shards to fix his tera type, sure i coulda caught a new one with the right type but i figured i might aswell do this since i needed the candies to lvl it anyways lol
I got mine on my 4th egg and I was literally speechless because last time I egg hunted was sword/shield and it took me a week to get my shiny bulbasaur
When I breed, I keep my 5 IV Pokémon and trade them through Wondertrade when I finish. They usually have the needed nature as well. While the IV spread may not be optimum, but they are a good breeding base if you have a ditto that has the missing IV. Just a note, you mentioned Fletchling as a Flame Body Pokémon. They only get Big Pecks and Gale Wings (hidden). Big Pecks becomes Flame Body when it evolves into Fletchinder.

For those that don't have NSO or maybe just got the game and aren't in post game yet, go to mystery gift and pick the bottom option "Check Poke Portal News" doing so will momentarily connect you regardless of if you have NSO or not, and this next step is the important part: Do not connect to the internet on that save again until you reach post game and get your greninja. I'm pretty sure this will keep the event data in your game, so assuming you will want the next 7 star too, that gives you about a month to get to where you need to be in game.

I use Qwilfish with leftovers. Max HP and SpDef. Intimidate. Moves are Haze, Acupressure, Acid Spray, and Stockpile. Acid Spray first three turns, three stockpiles after he resets your stats, and then acupressures on one specific Pokemon of your choice that's stat boosting for stored power. Disgustingly effective
Abdallah, I'm super excited to have Shiny Greninja just as much as you are. I got him on my 105th egg... And yes I used the Masuda Method with a Shiny Japanese Ditto with the Destiny Knot equipped as well. Oh and yes I have the Shiny Charm as well.
Go to Alfornada and do your picnic, then run up and down the street, or at the normal-type town. You can also run in circles around the top of a watchtower, or at the top of the crater above the fog.
All I want to be in the dlc is be able to shiny hunt the kalos starters like greninja or it’s pre evos so I can pick what ball it’s in and if it has a mark it’s gender (I don’t thinks that matters)and hopefully a shiny that’s all I really care about this dlc. So the final product is a shiny greninja with the chosen one mark that’s male in a luxury ball 🥷
Those who just want to save your greninja raids just don’t connect to the internet because if you do it will update the raid dens to the present special raid den
I'm the type to save beforehand and close the game if nothing shines only to avoid having to bulk release. There're always plenty of spares to Suprise Trade when the shiny does show anyway. My shiny Froakie was my 37th egg 🙌

I used to hard save to save on releasing hatchlings but after seeing how so many people get super unlucky with their raid runs, I don't anymore. Now I just queue up Netflix or Hulu and surprise trade. I'll have to delete boxes of lechonks later but it's a small price to pay to help other players.

I like to hatch all my eggs and surprise trade away any mons with amazing stats. I've gotten several mons with amazing stats that way and it always brings me a lot of joy, so I try to spread the love a little bit.

Got the frog hosting with a support dual screen grimm who surprisingly survived many facial gunk shots and died, but tit was too late, my other 3 teammates a quillfish (sleeper hit, did well! I am using the Masuda method and shiny charm for 1/512 odds. I will also be willing to trade a Froakie for a Scorbunny because I missed that raid event.
I would say egg power 3 is absolutely worth it. On aveage, I get around 30 more eggs per sandwich with that one extra level. Just save before you make your sandwich so you're not wasting herba mystica until you get your shiny

This is my first game getting the Shiny Charm...and let me tell you, I bred the heck out of Greninja without it back in the day on DS and NEVER got a shiny one...so I'm hoping for a couple of shiny ones so I can have all 3 and then one to trade to myself when I finally get a copy of Violet. I think I'll wonder trade the extra in hopes I'll get a Charizard and Cinderace since I wasn't in post game at the time so I couldn't get those raid battles.
Anyway, like i was sayin', Froakie is the luck of the draw. You can farm it, breed it, trade it, receive it, clone it. There's uh, Masuda Froakies, Froakie 1:512's, 6 IV Froakies. Impossible to get shiny Froakies. That's about it.
Does the saving method before a breed still work? I know that the odds don't stack the more eggs you hatch, but I have been through almost over 600 eggs even with 512 odds and still no shiny Froakie D':
If you don't want to make the sandwich every time you can buy a meal that gives you Egg Power 2 from a fancy restaurant in the town in the bottom left corner of the map (I think it's called Artazon)

On box 2 currently but yes I hatch then surprise trade them out every time I hatch a box. That way someone out there will be able to get a baby frog!!

Yep, just make sure Slowbro has a shell bell and the move Slack Off so you can stall until Greninja resets your stats and heal later

No. The stats are determined at the basket. Once you'll collected it it's set.

I only wonder trade the pokemon left after I get my shiny but if I don't get a shiny I'll reset and try again til it shows up
