Amateur boxing | technical sparring
A quick video of me and my mate sparring. Due to no mouth guards we limited head shots to jabs only.
Good practice sparring against a height and reach advantage, who is also southpaw. Also working on trying not to be pushed back to the ropes due to the reach disadvantage, hence the head movement and pivots.
