I have yet to see anything said in regards to what's supposed to happen with that sewage processing plant that you see at 2:42. I drive by that every time I have to go to our entertainment warehouse and the smell on Sand Lake road is just God awful most days.
I thought it was just a water treatment plant. I don't drive in this area very often so I'm not too familiar with it. Hopefully they can come up with a plan of some kind to have it relocated.
@@ducktails1695 I know they worked out a deal with the county to move one of the main sewage lines from underneath the park but I have never heard anything about moving the plant itself

interesting that the team member building, which will probably house their wardrobe, is behind the Wizarding World land. Presumably this is so the Wizarding World team members can access BoH easily, since I believe they still aren't allowed to pass through other lands while in wardrobe or take their wardrobe home with them.
Great question. I think there's going to be some pedestrian walkways and bridges. Not sure there's going to be room for any lagoon or boats like over at UOR currently.
Adding Harry Potter to Universal parks in 2010 has been the greatest business decision made by any theme park company in the last 20-30 years. The lands are always packed full of park guests, and they sell a massive amount of merchandise, food and beverages. Many tourists visiting Central Florida that would only visit Disney before the addition of Harry Potter, are now visiting both Disney and Universal. The success of Harry Potter influenced Universal's decision to continue to make large investments into new rides and attractions and it's very likely that without Harry Potter there wouldn't be an Epic Universe. By having the land at Epic Universe you'll have to visit all three theme parks once it opens to get the full Harry Potter experience. It's even influenced Disney to make bigger (ie Galaxy's Edge) investments in their parks.
I wish they'd make a Lord of the Rings Land or Zelda Land.. I know companies think of money first and the already existing Harry Potter rides are the best in the world.. but it's just a bit too much. There is so much Harry Potter stuff now that they could relocate all the Harry Potter stuff together and make it, it's own park.
If you do some research you will easily find out how successful Harry Potter franchise it is 🙄🙄 HP are one of the most selling films 😍 even it’s already 20 years, we still have massive fans around the 🌎 I mean you are welcome

@@ithemeparkOFFICIAL Drive down it some time. Especially when it's hot out
@@IMChrisThom I drove by the other day but I was searching for spots with a good view, so I'll check next time.
The county is working on this. They already have the funding to fix this. Should be a non-issue by the time the park opens.

Once this place is built, I think I will move to Orlando.

You're absolutely right. Makes a lot of sense for it to be there.
I hope there’s going to be like a walkway to the new park from parking spaces and stuff like there is at universal studios.
Excellent commentary from you josh
Thank you!

Vertical construction has started!
Liked the tilt shift . going strong they are.

my question is: How are you going to move from the universal hotels to the new park?

Buses most likely
@@ithemeparkOFFICIAL dude there’s gonna be busses lol. What the fuck are you talking about?
I'm struggling to see why they would want a 3rd harry potter land.

It's probably because of the agreement with JK that Universal has to build a Harry Potter themed land in every park.
