I've not had this error before but going by the error, It appears it's looking for the switchelse fuse. I'd recommend installing this fuse from reactor.
Did you import a footage or picture into fusion? If so, go to the inspector settings for the media and drag the global in and out section to the end. Let's see how that goes

When I use kickass shaders it says unkown tool found EnviromentMapInputSwitchElseFuse, NormalMapInputSwitchElseFuse. do you know why? Thanks!

No it isn't , it is free. Perhaps reinstall the shader from reactor.
