  • Hello knottyhookrs, this video is with my friend Aaron and owner of Mama Hog Fishing Rods. I took him up to Strawberry/Soldier Creek to get some Kokanee. He said this is only his second time anyone had taken him fishing and his first trip chasing Kokanee. I think I delivered. We caught some really nice fat Kokes and ended up limiting out in just a few hours. We even had a really nice double up!!!!

These rods are premier big game trolling rods that catch huge lakers at Flaming Gorge. He promises me we will get up there and get a video. Until then enjoy the video of our trip Catching Kokes!!!

The Kokes are healthy. Caption should be "Mama Hog Rods brought in the Hogs". Great day on SC.

Those were some of the biggest kokes I've seen.

Nice going. Those are some great Kokanee. Kind of a little annoying when your fishing guest is on the phone most of the time.

If you divulged technique and gear you would hold my interest. watching fishermen reeling in fish and being illusive about the gear you are using doesn't hook me.
