@ oh, well, first I’m not an expert, but I’m happy to share what has helped me. Performing one of Freyia’s spells (like the one depicted in this video) is one option. Other options include(and you can combine her pathworking with other modalities) shadow work, meditation, somatic practices, breath work (breath work, for me, is highly effective), and journaling, which are deceptively ‘simple’ but incredibly powerful tools for emotional alchemy. There are lots of YT videos that can talk you through the process of shadow work, etc. I also highly suggest learning more about the physiology of your body- like your nervous system and how it functions with the brain. All of these options, including performing one of Freyia’s spells, are incredibly powerful tools for transformation. I hope that helps. 😊

Thank you Freyia I really needed this. A few nights back I had a "nightmare" that felt so real. I was sure there was a presence but I could not see anything. I was sure there was something bad I woke up feeling like I was gasping for air or having a panic attack. I'm not entirely sure but the energy here has been a lot more awful after this. It seems ok today. After that night I grabbed my stones and my reindeer bone and put it at my bedside. I'm trying hard not to bring energy to it and occupy myself 🙏🏼
This is interesting... spirits come from the "North". I wrote Black Magic of Ahriman years ago. Through my research I found that the Persians believed the "Gods of Bad decision" came from the North. Then I found that a Div/Demon they hated (The Zoroastrians who were the womb of monotheism) named Indra (Vedic Andar) became Thor. Then... I get my DNA tested and we are mostly Scandanavian I guess. Today I see an action figure of Fenrir and it looked interesting, only to then come across this video. Dang. Synchronicity is crazy right now. I did do a HUGE statue of Thor that I am working on painting too, and I thought of doing Hel next.
