And in the engagement campaign, right now the delivery optimization for max. conversation is no longer available if you choose whatsapp messanger only. So i have no option left and choose link clicks optimization but the result on facebook ads manager dashboard is not showing any result 😢

Ad fatigue is not ok. You should use multiple creatives and ensure your Ad frequency is not high, because the higher your ad frequency, the faster the fatigue sets in.
