There are some difference. One is the selection of how u want ur ads to deliver. U chose LEADS instead of SALES. Secondly u chose ur kind of audience based on what u want to sell Thirdly u direct ur advert to either a landing page or the platform u want to send the leads

You’re the one who will decide on which account to run the ad from. You can run an Ad for 1 day, but I can only wonder the type of result you expect to get from a 1 day advert.
Try sales objectives then choose whatsapp I think leads can work too where after filling the lead form, they will see a limk to redirect them to a whatsapp group

Every account has Facebook as its base. If your Ad account is restricted, you’ll have to appeal it for the restriction to be lifted. If the Ad account is banned, get a new one or buy.

Stop making things dificult for yourself. Setup your ads using a laptop. If you don’t have a laptop for now, use your friend’s laptop, setup the ad, then monitor performance from your phone using the Meta Ads Manager app.

Easy. Switch to selecting a post from Facebook. Then switch back to selecting a post from IG. Issue resolved.
