I love seeing all the different kinds of setups people use to breed guppies. There definitely isn’t just one formula that works.
Nice to see you pop on my feed again !!!
Would defo be cool to see the pond restored, and up and running again! 👊
You posted congratulations I love your channel and also good channel name😊
"gaREDGE" 🤣🤣
I was gonna say icesopods 😂
I posit that guppies are the bunnies of the fish world! I started with four, years ago, and even without separating the fry, I ended up with at least a dozen after a few months.
Bro we need more videos !!!!!!
Insane bro, I can’t even grow guppy grass with fertilizer co2 and a Chihiros light 😅
Also how do you suck up everything off the bottom and not suck up the guppy fry? Will they move? I’ve been tying filter media over the end of the hose and checking the bucket carefully but then it doesn’t pickup all the detritus.
Scuds?
100% Amphipods, genus species Orchestia grillus or Gammarus roeseli
Gammarus shrimp scuds or amphipods
are they isopods?
Pretty sure they might be fresh water scuds or daphnia
Definitely redo the pond but make the whole thing a pond an get some koi for it
Is it a water bug?😊
Hey sorry about 2 comments but I WAS NOT going to edit my measly little guess. LOL. Hey Chris I believe what you're calling "red root floaters" is actually sylvinia. There are no red roots and those roots are short. By this time the reds would be down to the very bottom of the tank. Oh and the roots would be red not white. At least the ones I've had have been like that. Not sure about Texas???
Amphipod?
Water bugs ?
I have never seen “red root floaters” like that before. I am fairly sure that is not what you think it is.
🤫 I know exactly what they are. Hence why I use a generic term “red root floater” as they float, and with the proper light their roots turn red, but in fact ARE NOT red root floaters.
Skuds
Water isopods
my female guppy with my orange & black male and in the batch of fry that she gave me 2 months ago she had 2 ALBINO wIth red eye's !!!!!!
They're scuds
I’m guessing they’re some kind of mite, or water bug.
Amphipods
daphnia or some water flea?
To add onto this. Daphnia are good nutrious fish food
Cooties. LOL
I'm not sure about the bigger ones but I know I seen a dragonfly nymph at one point.
Skuds?
