- In today's video, we go back over and visit Connor to upgrade his dream aquarium! So the dream aquarium gets upgraded today to a 40 gallon from a 14 gallon cube! We do a full planted aquascape using driftwood and live plants!

Love the upgrade! I was a little shocked with the dither fish, tho. I’ve always been told that Angels and Guppies wouldn’t do well together. Nice to see it done.

The teachers are hiding in the corner because of the angelfish. They are a type of Cichlid and you have three of them. They’re very aggressive. I’m surprised the shrimp aren’t dead by now. and the way you added the fish into the aquarium when they were acclimated the angelfish was fighting the current they’re supposed to be dipped in with nets.😂
Came out looking pretty fantastic! I do love those chunks of wood. Nice find. And I'm guessing that's a 40 gallon Aqueon breeder tank? Those are a great size to work with. Really versatile. Keep 'em coming, Chris.
It is a breeder! I was worried about a paint it since it has odd dimensions but I think it tried out nice. It needed to be viewable from both sides.
@@christopher_scott It looks great. I've got two I bought second hand on OfferUp. One I repainted the plastic to clean it up and painted the back side - since I only need this one to show from one side. I used that spray paint that gives a stone spatter look then covered it with black. Looks pretty cool. Looking forward to your next video! Have a great weekend!

That tank looks amazing! “Hygger” in Danish means cosines and to spend time with family and/or friends and eat good food, watch tv etc

I'm needing to put plants, (I'm new to using live plants) back into my guppy breeding tank. At the moment I still have the original gravel in there that came with the tank.
Would the plants grow in that or do you recommend something else. Also what do you recommend in using to keep them alive they seem to keep dying on me.

Just curious, won't the apple snails eat the plants?
His snails, I just want them to make it till the next video.....along with everyone else. I know 0 about where he bought the fish from but it is not the smartest to introduce any more of the bag water than the minuscule amount from the fish and the net or strainer . But I have had Mystery snails obliterate all my Pelia moss and the next day they were $$$ store credit for a pretty good price, nowadays it's Nerites only 🚫🌾
