We've added the Immersive Compendium Sounds video here unlisted - ruclips.net/video/RcS9OZPtl4s/видео.html - we saw in our analytics that most people skipped the pure in-game sound bits in our previous audio spotlights, so we thought we'd try it this way instead! :)
Haii brodual! I just really wanted to say i love your videos and you're doing a great job! And also, what is the first person view and the visible health bar mods called?
Awesome video as always, it was a neat idea to go back and show some older mods! I have 2 questions though, first off what armor is that? Also what pov do you two use?
Brodual, Its a known fact that Skyrim is based on Viking culture and Norse Mythology. It would be great if you guys could put up a showcase of a number of mods that would turn Skyrim into a more viking game, yknow same as like the videos of "mods that turn Skyrim into a dark fantasy setting", since i haven't found any video on youtube for that. For example viking shields and Slavic soundtrack replacement. I hope this idea will be considered, thanks for many years of modding news!
Well I've spend like two weeks modding my Skyrim for a Paladin type playthough. Surely by checking the nexus and stuff you might be able to customize something like that yourself. But maybe some of these mods will be to your liking: For sound: Celtic Soundtrack and the Skyrim Sound Overhaul. Weapons and Armor: Immersive Armors and weapons, Jaysus swords and Omegared armor compilation. If you like some of the vanilla stuff then maybe consider weapons and armors fixes and the aMidian Born textures. For the overall cold and brutal Skyrim enviroment: Civil War Overhaul, Bring out your dead, Immersive Patrols and Frostfall should work well (And for as hardcore as Frostfall may seem at first glance it's actually really customizable and fun, certainly making you realize just how cold Skyrim is). Winter is coming/Cloaks of Skyrim and wet and cold is almost essential too, and very nice. Maybe warzones?. As for Overhauls: Requiem, PerMa or maybe Ordinator. Though they all depend on what you like. If you even want an overhaul. Though I do recommend Ordinator. I don't tinker much with textures and lightning but Climates of Tamriel with Enhanced Lights and Effects works really well, As well as beautiful night skies. But I'll leave that to you. And for combat you have loads of options like duel realism, attack commitment, Ace, Violens and ultimate combat. All very nice so you can choose what you like most. Hopefully some of those mods will help you get the most out of your experience and of course don't forget the patches, Using NMM, Loot, TES5Edit and of course, Backing up your saves. Oh!, And a new game.
Steam reports 900 hours, but it used to be my 'play this when I have no internet' game. I do a lot of travelling, so I've probably got a few hundred more from that.
+Bella D Copular It happens if you edit the description from the video page. Not sure why it does, but it started happening around 2 months ago and I keep forgetting not to use it! I've fixed the links now :)
RUclips is fucking strange lol, I turned this video on and some other random video about bioshock infinite is playing in the background even if I go to another page and then come back here, what sorcery is this?
I'm so excited for Last Seed and Hunger of the North. When Last Seed is released, that's when i'll come back to Skyrim with all the fantastic new/updated mods!
Actually, I'd love to see this as a whole series! I'd especially like to see a "Where are they now: Civil War overhaul". I tried it a while back and it was buggy as all hell, and I'd like to see what it's like in its more recent state.
This was a good idea! More update vids would be awesome. I'd like to see one for Deadly Combat and Action Combat. Some forums are saying Deadly Combat is not good because it causes save bloat, and Action Combat has a new person working on it.
Yes Yes Yes! I love this. I'm using all these mods and always wonder if they get reviewed again some time due to the amazing updates. Keep it up guys! Nice reviews!
Fantastic video and I would LOVE to see more of these sorts of showcases. Too often a video is made on an old version of a mod and then that mod is never show cases again leaving all videos very out of date. Often fan take overs of mods don't get covered either which is a shame. Definitely keep doing more of these if you can.
This would make for an excellent video series, giving the chance to see what the bigger mods are doing (or not doing) in regards to updating to SSE. I'd highly suggest it. There are many mods which are somewhere between "yeah maybe" and "naw, screw that!" for making the conversion.
Well, the most important mod update I was really waiting for and since I last played Skyrim it has finally arrived. SkyUI at last have updated interdace for smithing, alchemy and enchanting tables!
There are a couple of mods I like that I wish people would do guides of because of the hidden things. I'm terrible at finding hidden stuff but one mod I love is Oddest Things.
I really liked this video! I didn't know Wearable Lanterns was updated...and I will surely get the sound mod. On top of it, it seems like you speak in a much clearer way, more understandable from people out of you hood;-)
I have to say I do love your enthusiasm for the mods, just something about it makes me want to reinstall skyrim and go through the Skyrim Revisited guide even tho it takes a long time. But I'm surprised how much is still done on skyrim despite Fallout4 being out.
This idea is wonderful. I subscribed to this channel as I want my first playthrough to be modded without the game being unbalanced (graphics and sounds improvments, that wonderful vivid weathers mod, UI bettering, etc.). And, as expected, a lot of mods showcased in the past are invalid, in conflict with newer ones, etc. So this series really comes in handy for what I try to do (when I have time, one day, to compile all of it^^). And I guess it also helps this channel, as it became popular for Skyrim I guess (the logo says it at least^^) and the modding community has slowed down for it with the comming of Fallout 4. Getting back to the roots sometimes.^^
I put 400 hours on this game in one year I can't believe people still play this game , this was the best game I ever played in my life I have never played a game better than sky rim :)
Hi Brodual, love the show. My Skyrim has never looked better and has definitely come a long way since that first cart ride in 2011... I really like the first person breathing(?) motion and don't suppose you could tell me which mod that is. My immersion sense was tingling quite significantly when I saw it. Cheers
Love your videos BroDual. I do think you should come back to the transforming skyrim idea, I thought it was a very unique and interesting idea. I hope you read this and consider it. one last thing is if you do decide to come back to it, maybe try incorporate some other mods rather than just visual, I loved the dark fantasy video but it could have been better if you put some weapon retextures or even creature retextures.
Brodual, I'm a huge fan of you. I just wanted to point something, when showing the lanterns you swapped front belt with back belt. Edit: Frostfall changed a bit since it's first release, maybe you should take a look at that too.
not sure if they'd include frostfall into such a video, since they already did an own video for its latest version. I think there they also mentioned some of the major differences between this and older versions.

+WorcestershireySauce I want to love Moonpath to Elsweyr, but I just can't get into it. All the linear corridors and how the towns are set up with wooden stairs and platforms everywhere. And the GIANT spiders, ugh! I even roleplayed my character got turned into a Khajiit elf hybrid thing, but I just can't get into it. Oh yeah, I'm pretty sure they reviewed it in a previous video already.
Amateur... only 1300 hours. you sir have a life. I haven't left my computer since skyrim was released and my beard looks awesome. it even comes with dorito chips and a birds nest
This should definitely become a series!
+Abdullah NF I guess i'll add a #1 to the title! :)
+Brodual Just coming back to the game after a year or more off. Lots has changed. So this is helpful!
+Brodual Keep em coming Brodual. Far more interested in Skyrim mods than Fallout 4. Also will you be covering Enderal??
+Abdullah NF I agreeeeee!
Agreed! Glad they're gonna keep doing this as well.
Very cool idea!
Thank you for doing this Brodual.
I would love to see this as a regular series!
We've added the Immersive Compendium Sounds video here unlisted - ruclips.net/video/RcS9OZPtl4s/видео.html - we saw in our analytics that most people skipped the pure in-game sound bits in our previous audio spotlights, so we thought we'd try it this way instead! :)
there are rumors about Bethesda making an elder scroll set in skyrim again.Whats your opinion about it?
+Monsour Anda tbh I would love that. Bugger cities and have the game set Ina different era. That would be amazing
What first person mod do you use?
Haii brodual! I just really wanted to say i love your videos and you're doing a great job! And also, what is the first person view and the visible health bar mods called?
Awesome video as always, it was a neat idea to go back and show some older mods! I have 2 questions though, first off what armor is that? Also what pov do you two use?
Great idea for videos! Would love to see more older mods showcased with way.
Brilliant series idea Brodual, I can't wait for future episodes.

Slavic ain't Vikings though
sorry i meant scandanvian. i think it was called wadruna and vikings soundtrack
+Al Roslee ah okay

Skyrim is based on far more than just that. The barrows seem very heavily inspired by ancient Egypt, complete with mummies (Draugr.)
what happened to the Transforming Skyrim series?
''300th playthrough''
who the fuck counts how many times they play it
all I know is steam says Ive got 1,300 hours
1300? That's it?
+xX_Dank Meme Lord_Xx they dont they just guess, i know i have around 500 characters, at this point all deleted with about 2-3 left on my pc
+xX_Dank Meme Lord_Xx I laughed at that bit and then I remembered, I don't think that's far from the truth...
+xX_Dank Meme Lord_Xx I only have 101 hours, though i've played skyrim a crap ton on the xbox 360 before I got a pc that could run it.
Steam reports 900 hours, but it used to be my 'play this when I have no internet' game. I do a lot of travelling, so I've probably got a few hundred more from that.
why do all the mods for your nexus links never work
+Bella D Copular LOLL
so fucking true though
+Bella D Copular It happens if you edit the description from the video page. Not sure why it does, but it started happening around 2 months ago and I keep forgetting not to use it! I've fixed the links now :)
Very interesting spotlight. Would be nice to see more like this as most of the popular mods are still being updated.
Thanks again for the great work!
I'm really liking this mini-series. Keep it up. I'd also like to see more of the transforming skyrim series!
Nice video, I always wanted to see mod reviewers revisit mods that they reviewed in the past since most of them updated.
Way to refresh the channel guys, just when the channel starts to go stale you guys come up with something new.
I would love to see more of this
Great job Brodual nice to have new info on all the old mods keep it up!
Great showcase, and very much appreciated series!
More of this please!
Fresh take on a video type. Love your skyrim spotlights, keep up the great work lads.
thanks for sharing these updates! I didnt realize some of these had been updated!
RUclips is fucking strange lol, I turned this video on and some other random video about bioshock infinite is playing in the background even if I go to another page and then come back here, what sorcery is this?
+Keyblade Viking - Tobias i have experienced similar issues recently,i wonder if this is a new problem.
I'm so excited for Last Seed and Hunger of the North. When Last Seed is released, that's when i'll come back to Skyrim with all the fantastic new/updated mods!
Very cool idea ^^ I'm already looking forward to this series.
it's about time someone did this
Actually, I'd love to see this as a whole series! I'd especially like to see a "Where are they now: Civil War overhaul". I tried it a while back and it was buggy as all hell, and I'd like to see what it's like in its more recent state.
I really like this video idea and would really like to see more of them in the future!
This kind of video is why you're the best mod related RUclips channel around.
This was a good idea! More update vids would be awesome. I'd like to see one for Deadly Combat and Action Combat. Some forums are saying Deadly Combat is not good because it causes save bloat, and Action Combat has a new person working on it.
Two more mods I have to check out. Keep up the great videos.
suggestion for the series: skyrim radioactive, looks quite awesome now!
What helmet is she wearing at the very beginning?
Yes Yes Yes! I love this. I'm using all these mods and always wonder if they get reviewed again some time due to the amazing updates. Keep it up guys! Nice reviews!
Fantastic video and I would LOVE to see more of these sorts of showcases. Wyrmstooth, Civil War Overhaul, Luftahraan need to be on this list or a series called Mods We Lost
Inigo now has a quest that you unlock by bonding with him!
This would make for an excellent video series, giving the chance to see what the bigger mods are doing (or not doing) in regards to updating to SSE. I'd highly suggest it. There are many mods which are somewhere between "yeah maybe" and "naw, screw that!" for making the conversion.
Anyone remember the skyrim transform series? loved those episodes... oh wait there were only one...
Legacy of Dragonborn (Dragonborn Gallery) aka museum mod has gone through major updates since you last featured it.
Well, the most important mod update I was really waiting for and since I last played Skyrim it has finally arrived.
SkyUI at last have updated interdace for smithing, alchemy and enchanting tables!
Gonna be interesting when i go back to Skyrim to see how many of the mods I've used have changed.
you guys are awesome, thank you for all your work
I wonder how many times they assaulted Halted Stream Camp only to show us only the best mods in action, you guys are the just great!
Great concept !
Maybe you could review "woodcuter" next time, it seems that it has been upgraded, and you can build entire buildings now !
"Predator the lost tribe" add a new race and a whole bunch of cool stuff to do, by what I read it's gotten a whole bunch of updates recently.
With wearable lanterns, my follower still holds up their hand even after I tell them to put it wear it somewhere else
Definitely should make more of this!
you got back and front belt switched mates around 0:37
Solid Snake I think that's a mod were the names are reversed so that it draws fear into all opponents.
There are a couple of mods I like that I wish people would do guides of because of the hidden things. I'm terrible at finding hidden stuff but one mod I love is Oddest Things.
Yes new SERIES!!!
It's good to see a good mod channel for skyrim
And not clickbait ones *cough*"MxRMods"*cough*
I really liked this video!
I didn't know Wearable Lanterns was updated...and I will surely get the sound mod.
On top of it, it seems like you speak in a much clearer way, more understandable from people out of you hood;-)

Skyrim Unbound had a pretty big update a few months ago.
Do more of this!
May I know what mod to have the enemy's name and hp bar shown like in the video? So far I failed to find one.
it would be great see Where are some of the survivel mods now, cus a lot have change and there must be new compatibility problems!
Brodual, I'm a huge fan of you. I just wanted to point something, when showing the lanterns you swapped front belt with back belt.
Edit: Frostfall changed a bit since it's first release, maybe you should take a look at that too.

Do you know a mod where you can start up your own settlement anywhere in the game?
Hey whats the UI mod where the name and health are over enemies that you have in your videos?
Could you review the Moonpath to Elsweyr mod, if you haven't already? Fantastic mod, and probably the best one that adds a new province, imo.
+WorcestershireySauce
I want to love Moonpath to Elsweyr, but I just can't get into it.
You've mentioned this before, but what mod gives you that realistic head bobbing while walking? That looks amazing.
What mod did you use in video, the one you can see the enemies hp above their heads?
uhhhh I already all of these.. am I up to date now?
i would like to see if any of the LOTR mods got an upgrade. Good video!! :)
what's the name of the armor from the thumbnail/title screen?
What's that health bar mod when he's fighting bandits?

What's the clothes Brodual's character is wearing during the Wearable Lanterns segment?
300th playthrough? Pffft... noobs. Now you will be saying you only have 1.3k hours of gameplay total....
