I was checking through some of the latest videos and maybe it's the editor they went with this time? It's not the person who does it the most often. They may have done something funky with the audio while clipping everything together on accident
@@punkinghost sounds like it's switching back and forth between the mic audio and the camera audio, my best guess as an editor is that something was wrong with the mic during recording and it fucked up the audio in places, so they've had to replace the unusable parts with audio from the camera.

I was so nervous when Dab was getting coffee out of the vending machine (21:22 - 21:31). Dan, Phil, please keep an eye on him because the vending machines can sometimes fall on your Sims and kill them! Whenever I direct my Sims to get something from a vending machine, I save first just in case lmao
The game will give you a warning moodlet the first time it falls. If it falls on your Sim again AFTER you get the warning moodlet, that's a problem.
But you don't need to save every time, just watch the moodlets.

You hang those in your window on a day when it's storming, and they're meant to encourage the thunderstorm to pass. When Evan was attacked, he essentially got shocked by a thunderstorm spirit. hahahahaha
