    We were hoping to post this video with rain footage, but we haven’t had any rain significant enough to trigger the pump in the last three weeks and there's no rain in the 14 day forecast. The dry well has handled it all so far. When we get a good rain we’ll post a follow up. Thanks again for watching

    Hi, can you either get your customer or yourselves to get a video after a big rain to see how your new system now works? Also, I have a bit of advice as being a builder for 30 years. When you lay your pipe, you should concrete around the joints. I live in the uk, and our pipes are not glued they have a rubber seal, and we have to push each joint in,either way glued or rubber seal I would concrete each joint as the system would last a lifetime,rubber seals and glued will always have roots penatrate over time so concreting will give the customer a more lasting and professional job...

    Hi there You never consider to install a big rainwater tank to make this water usable after for toilet and so one? And the tank becomes the buffer in heavy rain . Greetings from Belgium

    • @tyelandscapinganddrainage
      @tyelandscapinganddrainage  Месяц назад +1

      Hello from New Jersey Ferrosteph. We install dry wells or soak aways, but this customer wanted this water off his property. We have a small 250 gal dry well. We actually got a light rain a couple weeks ago. Almost 2 inches over 3 days and the dry well handled it all. Nothing was pumped. A large dry well big enough to handle the amount of water in those pictures would have cost much more than the system we installed. Plus, we are not set up to use this rain runoff for the toilet. That would require a pump system and running lines through the house to bathrooms. Much more expensive. Thank you for your thoughts. Tom

      We discharged up there so you couldn’t see it from the street. The discharge is hidden by the curve of the driveway and the parked cars
