92 year-old Roosi gets to drive a Tesla Model X: "I'll take it!"
HTML-код
- Опубликовано: 2 ноя 2017
- 92 year old Roosi from Tallinn, Estonia is probably the oldest actively driving lady in the country. Until now, she has only driven soviet era cars in her life, her current car is 43 years old Moskvich.
She is so awesome in her driving skills and general attitude, so we decided to take her for a ride in a Tesla Model X - something from the future compared to her Moskvich.
Enjoy!

Teslas new Marketing Slogan:
Tesla X - feels familiar like your 60 years old Pobeda.
hahahahah
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 good one i actually laughed
Pobeda 👍
lol i cried
Because Victory(Pobeda), even after 60 years, remains a super cool car!
Have you ever driven automatic before?
"No"
GRANDMA IS A LEGEND
i thought is was normal to never drive an automatic car
@@ludvigjohansson3622 it is, most cars aren't automatic, at least in the standard budget range
Most (specially old) people in Europe have never driven an automatic, just because it wasn't a thing until very recently. Of course, that's now starting to change, since a lot of new models are only sold in automatic.
Lee-Man don’t know what the fuck you mean, in the united states good luck finding a cheap manual car in any dealership
Americans: how to use Manual? Thats rocket science
She pressed the accelerator hard.... and didn't flinch. Her Moskvitsh must be fast.
May this model has a mile speedo. 🤣

"just like my Moskvitsh"
Lmao´d at that
Yup the braking distance, engine performance and sound, aerodynamics, the comfort and the technology all the same!
She doesn't care about that stuff. All she cares is if it can take her from A to B, and Moskvitsh does that just fine.
@@kanggoo57 ikr!
Not literally lol.
*"Push the accelerator hard"*
Car speed: 30, 35,37,35....
hahha....
BlackGuy Izzy I didn't want her to go 60 because the speed be too fast for her. (Because the instant torque & power. And shed probably fly back and crash
BlackGuy Izzy jiji
Hahaha, that’s exactly what she did. Got up a little speed and was like, ‘yup that’s plenty’
Hahaahah LOL
He didn't adjust the seat for her
I know, it made me uneasy. Her poor back.
Or mirrors, apparently. :(
She could barely see over the steering wheel.
@@bmc9504 POOR me
It's what I thought about most through this whole clip. How cruel of him not to let her in on the motorized seat, mirror & steering wheel adjustments.
“Dear lord, what kind of car I managed to drive before the end of my life”
That made me sad 😞
txmoney Strikes Right In The Feels
Made me sad too but I thought about it a little futher. At the end this lady had her long and hopefully happy life. She realizes that this would not stand forever. She had lived in some ERA and she realizes that another ERA is booked for another generation. She had an opportunity to see and fell what this new generation would look like, but again - she is reconciled that her ERA has passed giving her a decent life and another ERA has to begun after her. So after all she had her life, had a feeling of what world will look like after her and hopefully die in peace some day knowing that what she made, her generation made and so on will give a progress to new generation. This Tesla car was kind of a symbol that her generation gave an opportunity to next generation to make another progress.
And since one day we all have to die I think that this example of how World is envolving gave her an conviction that she won't leave this world without leaving anything from herself. In different words her life matters because she gave an foundations to new generations.
That's my opinion tho.
booboss that was extremely well said.
@@samiamor3955 Thank you sir.
The only thing sad is that we are all moving toward disfunction and death. We are living life under a death sentence. Why are we all on death row???
she DOES NOT look, talk, or walk like a 92 yr old, damn amazing shape that age! May she live a long long life!
She looks like 29 right?
54 lol. i hope you're kidding
Aztekky Haha my thoughts exactly she looks at least 80+
"May she live a long long life"
Errrrrr...92 is a long life, the woman isn't Moses ffs
I thought she look 78 bruh
"What trickery are you trying to pull on an old woman"
Sounds like something from fake tesla.
I think she is used to manual brakes with no booster.
The car for some reason did an auto stop. That was what the beeping was.
She made my Sunday, too funny and at 92 still as sharp as a tin of sewing pins. Also like what she says at the end, and she thinks cars will soon fly coz of all the stuff that they keep coming up with.
"If i was 20 years old I'd buy it"
Well, I'm 20 years old and I'd buy it too. Too bad that it is $100k.
Lu, thank you for your replay !...more than 100,000 but you are really guy
@Tyler the cheapest one available is the standard range varient which is a special order it's only $35k I believe. But it doesn't include Autopilot which is $3k.
You can buy it when your 20 it’s not hard just worked hard
@@stone9882 I'm pretty sure most 20 year olds are paying off uni fees while working for $13 an hour
Only money
92 and in such a good shape - respect.
I think she needed the seat higher up and tilted more forward. It looked like she was leaning back too much and couldn’t see well
I don't think the pedals can be repositioned though so that might not work
I don't the the fella adjusted the seat.
The pedals, seat, and steering wheel can all be adjusted
u can change & control everything using center screen
I think that after a age she should not be allowed to drive. She's responses are not that accurate as to youth. I mean all olds.
She's just like all the soviet grandma's! "What's the difference between this car and mine!"
Chthonian121 howmwjkemwp
she has a point. gets you from point a to b. and still has a steering wheel, pedals, doors and gauges. even wheels... she is onto something about the flying part though.
“It feels like my car” wtf, her basic perceptions have been affected by her age.
she's estonian
FPVREVIEWS except crashing in the Soviet car is certain death vs Tesla you can survive almost anything in. But I guess she made it to old age in her cars so she must be pretty good driver. (Or been lucky)
She is really lovely. All grand mothers are lovely. I lost mine 1 week ago and that's too sad. God bless her. I wish she lives long.

why is the seat so horrendously positioned?
hey now when you get old you start to shrink, shes not a dwarf shes just 92
She probably set it so it was similar to her own car - benign older, the seats would be low and leaned back I guess

"I always only look at the rear-view mirror"
Still get license renewed.
Old cars did not even have side view mirrors on the passenger side. Also, old cars had much bigger windows and convex rear view mirrors that gave a panoramic view of both sides. Those big windows sure made cars look like fish-tanks but they offered better visibility.
honestly not that important... as long as you check your blind spot when switching lanes you're good
@@geniuspharmacist Yeah, back in the old days the amount of accidents and deaths on road (relative numbers) were way up there. The side mirrors weren't added for the sake of convenience, rather for the safety they provide. There is a reason that by law in most countries you are required to have atleast the side mirror that goes to the center of the road (left mirror for going on the right side, right mirror for going on the left side). Though usually you are required to have both of these.
There is way too much space you cant see using the mirror in the center without turning your head to the left.
@@28604 Yeah, except if you dont use the left mirror, the blind spot for the rear view mirror is extreme, you would have to move your head to the left by almost 90 degrees to even get it in the peripheral vision.

It's like how I felt after only driving cheap cars from 1995 and suddenly taking a test drive in a 2017 Mazda 3 for the first time. It's unnerving.
murraysdreams me too, going to the Mazda 2 2017 from the Mazda 323 1994 is unbelievable. The torque, power, technology, Ac,handling, comfort everything is better. But the manual 323 is much more fun than the 6 speed auto of the Mazda 2 even if it has less power.
Totally, the raw feel of older cars, even if they are less powerful/efficient is enough excitement in of itself, over newer cars doing everything they can for you.

No credit for letting this woman drive a car around, she is an absolute danger and should not have her license. It's a fact that old people have a horrible reaction time and I highly doubt that she is in any way able to securely manouvre a car safely around in any stressful situation she may find herself in.
