Not sure if you meant any brush or just the dryer brush but you can absolutley brush your hair normally when its wet just to take extra care (pro hairdresser)
I'm not sure, but your hair does need to be a little wet when you curl it, and then you should let the curler curl it, and never twist the styler while curling, hold it for 10seconds and then turn on the cool setting for 10 seconds, and then stop curling and just slide the styler down hair. Hope you understand and this helps!
You need to spritz with water prior to styling with the curler wand. Also, doesn’t help your hair is different colors right down the middle crack of your head. Throws off the visual. I think it looks fine.
I read somewhere someone said to spray your hair with water mist before curling and to use a mousse, supposedly it is supposed to help hold the curl but not 100% sure

start from the ends of each strand of hair with the curler attachment. and u can leave the mids and ends of ur hair a little more damp than the roots.
Tip! products such as leave in conditioner for better styling and hold!

I’m sorry, but I will always be brushing my hair when it’s wet because if I brush it when it’s dry it’s too frizzy and it just breaks it even more

100% sure. Half of the style is in the products in the hair before drying and the other half is in the technique.
If I had her hair would use Foam or mousse for volume and hold, and a spray heat protectant. and after it's done some drops of hair oil at the ends...
