Well done, this is a very informative video. I never knew the skill modifier increase is multiplicative. I always thought it would just be added to the 'DMG Bonus' part just like in Genshin.
While the multiplier for the skill damage are indeed based mostly on ATK, Base ATK is a different thing. Base ATK is the combination of the natural ATK from the resonator added to the natural ATK of the weapon they're using, before any multipliers. You can see this number displayed in the detailed section of stats after clicking "..." below CRIT DMG. The white number is the Base ATK (Base HP, base DEF, respectively) while the yellow number is the ATK bonus from echoes and abilities.
the ATK I refer to in this context is not actual base ATK, but I refer to total ATK shown in menu. I called them as base because it is first part of calculation.
Thanks for clarifying the math behind it! It's always a chore to understand how every aspects of the game work together x)
Impressive, it helps a lot ❤
Now we have unlock the new frontier of playing WuWa
i Must Say: "You just make my Wuwa life ezer" :P thanks alot alot alot of thanks!
Your welcome! please support this new channel! I plan to only focus Starrail and Wuwa only.
This very useful thanks you
very informative 👍
Eyyy nice vid. Very helpful!! I'm your 230th subscriber XD. Proud to be here before a thousand
Thank you! it's my honor!
Very informative! Thanks
The problem is finding the ideal balance between atk:dmg bonus:crit dmg
Also, in your Summary 3, shouldn't it be crit dmg -100? 'Cause if the base multiplier is 150%, that means it's x1,5, which is +50% base crit dmg bonus
Because crit rate is much harder to get in this game than Genshin. I find that -50 is enough. we could do -100 when new future characters crit dmg number become more broken or something.
nice video!
Oh my god
how do i factor in emotional damage into the calculation ?💀
emotional damage apply when you lose 50/50
owh damn if thats true does xianli yao S5 liberation multiplier gonna be 3.2K %?
You can compare with Jinhsi who has 120% liberation multiplayer on S5 before too. I have shown exact number in-game showcase here: ruclips.net/video/Aa6F79_U32Q/видео.html&ab_channel=PSTGaming
As for Yao, I should wait until data is legit and confirmed before saying anything.
@@PSTgaming07 roger!
This is good for minmaxers
So "x 3,40" its from 240% + 100% Base dmg multiply ?
From the total then multiplier it all
@@PSTgaming07 my brain processing is like,
Example jiyal 500% then at s6 + 240%, so i just put it simple
500% + 200% = 1500% + 40% (From 500%) = 👍
I didn't know DMG multiplier is that busted. I guess the whales get what they pay for.
Dragon stomp lol😂
hope you know what it meant XD
i can't keep up...
you mean speaking too fast?
im too dumb for this tbh
aww. it is easy to understand. Just balance the three number I mentioned
Why am I still confused 😢...maybe I am just brain damage? 🥺.
You can ask
@PSTgaming07 there is still so many terms I don't get....like what is a base atk firstly?...is it just the physical atk? Or is it just normal element atk...because every characters "normal atk" is actually an element atk...for example jinxing...all her normal atks are aero atks...so where is the physical atk..and then all her other atks like skill and resonance liberation (which btw took me a while to figure out that that's is call ult atk ot burst atl) is all element atk...so what should I enhance? Her element atks or her....."normal atk" (which I consider it to be physical atk from other related games)...and if that's the case then what does her normal atk look like?.....ahhh...my head is hurting just by typing all this out there is still so much confusion for me.
It would be helpful if you could explain using one character as an example and going through all their "battle kit" and then showing how each of their numbers "multiple" or get enhanced.....I mean it's not a must but maybe I can then try and understand how everything works and how "echos" help out....
.....if you can....its not a must....sorry 😣
My math teacher was right
she was right!
