A mindset change is everything … but, it takes work & unlearning. Also realizing you-yourself can be wrong about things… when you realize your mindset has been wrong is shocking sometimes. But the willingness to unlearn & be better is the steps in the right direction.
Yesss you can def do it and you'll feel so much better once you take baby steps towards those goals. I know it was hard for me to unlearn things but things got so much better.

They did an amazing job on your nails. I was a people pleaser too. What helped me is having a son who's in so many activities. It's so much easier saying no now and even if I can, still say no. LOL
