He is so skillful only turn the riceball and shape it well in 2 times, most of the sushi chef need 3 times. At the same time some of the sushi riceballs are not well shaped
I have to be honest, of all the places I've seen on this channel, this one rates pretty low. I thought his nigiri technique was not great. Not enough rice and not particularly well shaped pieces. The variety of the dishes was pretty bland as well. Just very standard and not particularly creative.
