Thanks. Doing my first middle distance this weekend. This video was great for last minute check in my gear. I've been warned against Vaseline for wetsuit rubbing as apparently it reacts with neoprene. I've not seen this first hand so maybe it's just a conspiracy for us to buy expensive bodyglide.

Good Luck Dan, I see you use High 5 , I had a sweat test done with Precision Hydration , their tablets are 2-3 times more powerful than the generic ones , I start my hydration two days out from a race and it ends two days after for recovery , I have had 2 races in warm weather this year 28-30 degress, no issues on essential minerals, might be something to look into , or not , each to their own.
