I love pasta dishes like this for summer, when you don’t want to use the oven or put a sauce on the stove to simmer for a long time. This one looks and sounds lovely. I’m going to try it soon!

I absolutely love Anchovies and capers and inl with Parmigiano Reggiano ( just with a glass of vino and a happy camper! 😉) and always a staple in my fridge! Can do wonders to eating linguini, pizza or even eggs! Thank you for that lovely delish healthy recipe!! Definitely a go !

Hard to say, I workout very frequently and go days narrowing calories down to about 300 a day, and I don't have a car or a job, but I'm financially set, I'll probably do a podcast like this soon, where a person could stay in that shape only eating like that once a week or so

Giada, your bowl is beautiful but please know that any dishware with colors have lead in them. I researched this intensively when my son was diagnosed with lead in his blood. You can buy little inexpensive testing kits. I tested all my china. The expensive English bone china with darkest blue had the most lead. The American willow china that's lighter blue had less. I love them but I only use them decoratively now. I made a similar pasta for the family dinner tonight. Love the Parmesano reggiano

The Calabrian chilies are very, very potent, as is the anchovy paste. With the mint, arugula, EVOO, how can it be plain [plane LOL]? + the parm. That is the makings of flavor explosions in the mouth.

Italians eat pasta everyday. They still look fit,most of them at least, it's genetic.

the starch it releases and the salt that was added to the pasta to cook it gives a hint of earthy flavor.
