This is like an office visit with a Physical Therapist concerning pelvic floor strenghening; the mental images really help to isolate and exercise these muscles. A very good and helpful video. Ta Mate!

The part where you draw your tummy towards your back and lift and expand your chest, is the same as what I did when I was singing Opera. So for me, doing this will improve my incontinence and my singing. Two birds with one stone. EXCELLENT!!!!!

This is the first time that I’ve understood that “Plevic floor exercise” isn’t called that because it’s done on the floor. 😂😂 I appreciate the explanation. 👍

Any suggestions for Pudendal Neuropathy? I have severe pain when sitting (on anything); also have spinal stenosis, thigh bursitis and a pinched nerve in the hip. Also I have had pain from symptomatic vertebral hemangiomas (about 10) which they won't treat because of my tendency to form adhesions and I have had fibromyalgia since the 1980s (then called fibrositis). A laparoscopy showed that all of my internal organs are 'plastered' to the abdominal wall and can't even be viewed due to dense adhesions. Since my profession as a graphic designer requires that I sit 8-10 hours a day, I'm not able to work any longer than 5-10 minutes at a pop; then I have to lie down for about an hour for the pain to subside enough to try again. As you can imagine, I can only do a little work and it takes all day and night. My pain management doctor doesn't treat pudendal and piriformis pain. I've learned to live with all my other aches and pains but the pudendal/piriformis pain is severe and I'm feeling hopeless. Any advice would be appreciated - thank you!
