    Anthony Bourdain, famed American chef was in town filming an episode of his travel show No Reservations. He filmed a segment in Hoi An, eating at Banh Mi Phuong when her stall was still in the local market. He raved that Phuong's banh mi was the best in Hoi An - a “symphony in a sandwich”.
