Thank you so much for the quick STS repair. Missy has never had rodent problems in her garage before and when I took it back to her today not one of the four traps she put out yesterday was tripped. She and I are just loving these two EKIRT Sea to Skys and are ready for some fun trips. Just finished my first 600 miles and tried out the cruise control. I love that you now can roll the throttle forward to cancel while the f3’s only canceled with the brake.
Man oh man that S2S is one serious good looking Spyder … love the look and color and that dash is so cool looking👌. Glad to see it was not an overly difficult repair. It’s amazing the damage those little critters can make. Awesome vlog…have a great weekend👍
I love my R1250RT so much. I've done about 5,100 miles on it this season and I have zero regrets on finally getting my dream bike this year. I pushed it real hard in the Black Hills and it did amazingly in the real technical stuff. In hindsight, the only thing I would do differently would be to bin those awful OEM Metzelers on day one and had them install the Michelin Road 6 GTs.
Rodent Retardant Tape, LOL. Little buggers will eat almost anything. My 06 Pilot V6 had the knock sensor line chewed in two. Thank god for forceps. Fished it out, repaired, got it back on the sensor. Honda says you gotta pull the manifold. I guess only if you aren’t good a fishing! 😀 Good day for met today, replaced the petcock and carb on the Genset, started first pull and real smooth running. One less thing. Next up boil the old one in cleaner and rebuild as a spare. Tomorrow is Spyder belt adjust and a long ride! Great vid as always! Be well Smoaks!
Nothing ever went wrong with my Honda's for many years if I'm honest (bike or car) They are both old like me....🤣 The bikes 40 years old next year....the car 25.... I don't get the feeling the 'Old War Wagon' has been much trouble either...given the mileage....She couldn't have been 'that bad' as the 'new girl' got 'dumped' and you climbed back into an old Honda with 250K on the clock....just sayin...🙂
It's not advertised, but everyone says the same thing about how they're noticeably nicer riding... Jumping on them back-to-back is quite surprising. Thanks!! 👍
