Crockpot Chicken Pot Pie 2 large Chicken breasts into Crockpot Season generously with Salt and Pepper - Garlic Powder & Poultry Seasoning 2 cans Cream of Chicken Soup 1/2 cup Milk 1/2 cup Chick broth 1/2 Onion - Chopped 2- Medium white Potatoes, peeled and dice 1 - 12oz bag of Frozen mixed vegetables (the ones with the frozen peas) 1- Cup Celery diced Stir until all ingredients are thoroughly mixed. Cook on Low 3 to 4 hours (depending on your crock pot) Remove and shred the Chicken breast then return it to the crockpot Add 2 to 3 tablespoon Sour Cream (stir in) Cover and simmer for another 30 minutes _________________ 1 package Pillsbury Grand Buttermilk Biscuits ( or biscuits of your choice) baked per package directions Spoon your chicken pot pie mixture over a biscuit or two and enjoy. FYI: You can find plenty of chicken shredders online (check the worlds largest online shopping store) all have mixed reviews. TIP: Really tender meat sheds pretty well. If the meat is not tender the shredders are more trouble than they are worth.

I was going to ask the same question, I definitely need one!
I would recommend using dark meat instead. Using white meat in a crock pot will most likely come out dry.
