I’m so glad you made this video. I have a bachelors and masters of science in kinesiology/athletic training and have never learned about cycle syncing. This is important for female athletes! I would love to see more research on this
I’m going to use this in homeschooling biology class. I’d love to see a video that explains cycle synching and menstrual cycles in general at an even more elementary level (for tweens and teens).
I have had success decreasing cyclical breast pain with flaxseed and decreasing cramping and heavy bleeding with ginger capsules. There are studies to back these up. I would love to see a video on food as medicine for female health/menstruation/fertility
I read this book years ago and tbh it changed my life for the better. I had heavy/ painful periods and after about a year I lost weight and only cramped one day during my cycle. My flow was much more manageable as well and as you stated I wasn’t using any hormonal contraceptives and I worked out 4 days a week.
