    Oh my goodness! I've been trying to dry flowers for a long time. I feel stupid and wish I'd known this method a long time ago! Again another fantastic diy!

    Valentines Day 2024, my wife is out work in an hour, I just got home from a pre op visit, don't have time to get flowers but bought cards from me and the kids way early (ordered personalized ones). I tried this on some Pansies right now and got them dried out in a couple of minutes and hidden in the cards. Not exactly a bouquet but I know she'll love it. Thanks for the tutorial!!

      @OurUpcycledLife she loved it. I told her I dried the flowers from our garden and she gushed 😊 She's still showing it off. I might do this again for her birthday coming up this weekend

    Never tried this method. Was just considering getting a flower press, which can be expensive. Now I can do it at almost no cost. TYFS (Pauline S)

      Parchment paper is used when baking and you can find it at any grocery store

    Hi thanks for the great video. I'd like to know how long these flowers last with their vibrant colors if I'll put them in a frame with glass? Do I need to spray them with a spray net? Hope you'll reply and those who had experience this process. Thank you.

      When dry I don’t find they lose colour

      Yes you probably can but ink might transfer into flowers

    Hi ...great tutorial ❤I'm new to dis so tried dis tech but my red flowers lost it's color & is a purplish color ,tho it worked 100% with the leaves... Did I perhaps press them wd the iron for too long ?

      Dark colours will fade

    Can you please let me know if i can make them preserved for long time in Shallow box by drying this way? I have bouquet gifted by my husband and want them to be preserved as long as i can.

      I just stored them in a old big heavy book between pages until I’m ready to use them 🌸🌿

      Sunflowers may be a bit thick

    Do they actually fully dry? Because if any tad bit of water still left in them it would ruin the glaze

      If you seal them they will stay vibrant but find if not they do fade

      If you’re trying to do thicker flowers, and you have to iron my longer sometimes they will scorch
