After years of research on narcissistic abuse, this is hands down the most accurate depiction ive ever heard, and really relays the depths at which they can affect you. Its very profound. I was raised with many a narcissist in my family, both of my siblings have turned out to be narcissists, and im currently trying to escape the 3rd relationship with one. Im grateful for having the knowledge that I do, otherwise i may have jumped further into the current hole than I'm in. I will be saving this video forever. I will use it to teach my daughter as she gets older to warn her of the danger. Thank you for posting this. ❤

It traumatized me, just coming out of another one, I am so exhausted🥵I will always stay loving kind empathetic Lord please restore everything stollen heal me give me strength to go on living 🥲please pray for me
