- Emmanuel Forbes was a first round pick just last year for the Washington Commanders, but does that mean Dan Quinn should start him as the new regime takes over?

A skill set like Forbes needs to be on the field and if these coaches are good as advertised they will have Forbes playing his best football

I believe this staff will get great production out of Forbes. He was good in coverage at times.
He’s got 4 years to prove out & while doing so he’s getting paid. Trade him out? He’s still getting paid.
He's still on 2nd yr rookie contract, not going anywhere soon.
He should not be granted the starting position simply based on his performance last year. I think DQ and Joe Witt will figure who is the best players for their system.
I just want to see the young man work hard, study & get after it like we know Mikey will... St Juiced...get him out of here... We gotta get something out of them..liked!
I didn't want Washington to draft Forbes. I wanted Gonzales for all the reasons Forbes showed in his rookie season. With that said, I hope he does better because I want to win. It would not bother me if he doesn't start based on his on field production. If he plays better, give him a chance but only if he plays like his draft position dictates. 🙃🙂

He was a rookie corner last year and a string bean at that. This year will show if he has what it takes. Big play ballhawk, but he needs protected right now.
He has talent but he needs to show he can carry his weight in the nfl before his talent can show

People tend to forget how bad people talked about TreDiggs til DQ stepped in, he made Bland(a fifth rounder) an all pro.. and TBH other than DJ Moore and AJB, who you else say cooked Forbes? And those are Top10 WRs.. he’ll be better next year trust!
This right here Diggs was burnt cheese and Dallas defense was historically bad and dq came in a made em top10 of course drafting parsons helped but one guy doesn’t make that defense have the turn around it did
This defensive staff brought in Forbes to Dallas as a 30 visit. You don't bring him in if he's not your type of player. I generally see your point but you are assuming a lot with this one.
Forbes should start if the coaches think he's ready to start.
Hell no! Forbes will be gone after this season is over. Dude weighs as much as my 16 year old nephew, 130lbs
Tried talking myself into the forbes pick last year and he consistently played awful, the supposedly ball hawking corner dropped countless ints and got burned against any reciever worth their salt, Fortunately it seems that quan might have some of those ballhawking tendencies we wanted in forbes, forbes is almost certainly a bust but we’ll see this year, just makes me sad to think Gonzales, branch and banks all went after him, truly mind blowing we picked a barely 160 cross country athlete over them

John Keim is always asking dumb questions and saying the wrong things. He is the worst beat writer this team has ever had. John Keim is part of the old regime and he should be replaced also. And he's always the first one to ask that dumb question.
