iPhone mirroring is incredible for iOS development because it makes it possible to test the app on a real device without switching from the full screen to the iPhone constantly. The bummer is that it's not available in my region (EU) :(
IPhone mirroring is of great use for disabled people that can control their Mac with assistive tools not available on iOS, like eye tracking and specialty mouse devices. So if they had difficulties accessing all the features of the iPhone but were able to use their Mac more comfortably, now they can use their iPhone with ease when their Mac is available. As a Windows user dependent on eye tracking I'd love this feature. Right now I use my iPhone with Voice Control which is a way less accurate access method for me.

This morning I have used the iPhone mirroring for the first time. Yes, of course I tried it out to ensure it works. But this was a real (though small) issue. My phone alerts me when it is time to take a medicine. And it did so. But the phone is somewhere around, close but not sure exactly where. Did I leave it in the kitchen when I made my coffee? The alert appeared on my MacBook Pro - I clicked on it, connected automatically to my phone, and could cancel the alert to say I had taken my medicine. Personally I wish the appropriate subset of Health options were available in macOS. But this worked very neatly. As usual, a helpful, super-clear video.
