🦋 You are beYoutiful inside and out; I love you!
Gemma Chan is basically the female Keanu Reeves, she does not age!! She has been in television shows forever here in the UK and I'm loving that she is finally getting into movies as well. She is an amazing actress!!
She is 39??!! Are you kidding? I thought you are talking about a 55 year old? 🤦♀️🤦♀️
She's 38 and looks good. But tbh we need to pipe diwn with the "omg she doesn't age, she looks 10/20/30 yrs younger etc"... honestly I've never seen anyone look 20 years younger than their bio age, even with the potions and lotions and plastic surgery and that's ok. Hyperfocusing on trying to beat the natural course of life is imho damaging for you and everyone impressionable watching. Regarding emma and the way she applies skincare seems like she has a full face of make up on and doesn't want to smudge it.
she's literally only 38... you're talking as if she's 60... goodness
@@topokkipanda I read this comment in the beginning of the video and was assuming she was probably 50 looking great lol
But she does look about 30 imo, she just looks mature (in a good way) to me
@@topokkipanda 38 is old, and she is stunning looking for her age.
Cassandra can never tell when there's a filter. That's why she doesn't look tired.
Normally, I can't detect filters, but it is so obvious here.
I actually DO use eye creams😁For the exact reason you and James Welsh don't care for them! I like the fact that they are THICK! I won't spend a ton on them, but since I noticed the skin around my eyes is MUCH lighter, I started using it on the dark areas of my face as well. (Keep in mind, I'm 55 and have been using them for 30+ years😂) I am odd woman out💗
Nothing wrong with that! I was raised by a wonderful woman who cared for herself and encouraged all 7 of her children to do the same. Wash, tone, moisturize
Yeah those of us in our mid 50s are a little more into them. lol. I use reg moisturizer on my eyes but I love THICK moisturizer!
See, and I have a moisturizer that is too thick for my face so I use it as an eye cream! I think Cassandra just hates the fact that companies try to convince you that you HAVE to have one
It is all about what you enjoy and what works for you! I agree, most eye creams are crazy little tubs of moisturizer but I am sure that some have some extra benefits. Anyone found anything for crepey eyelids??? I hate them!
I’m 34 and I use eye creams. I work overnights at a hospital and my under eyes need the extra love ❤️.
You are reacting to a lot of celebrities skincare routines, but have you considered having subscribers sending in their skincare routines to react to?
The way she puts on skincare, it feels like most of it stays on her hands.
She is truly someone I admire and look up to, and she is GORGEOUS, but that was driving me nuts too, haha! It's okay to go in a little, Gemma!
It's because she was absolutely wearing a full face of makeup, she didn't cleanse and she pretended to put on the product.
@@hallyuniverse now that you mentioned it, she definitely have on makeup! I feel very controlled vibe from her video
YESSS! it's so weird
The filter vogue are using on Gemma is awful, u can’t see any texture in her skin at all and even her eyebrows are blurred. And she has gorgeous face, why are they going ott with the filters?!? Great review as always Cassandra 💜
I do like eye creams. My brain likes to know that a product is for “this” and this other product is for “that” it makes me happy/sane if that makes sense 🤣 I don’t do 2 in 1 shampoos😝
Same! But my wallet says that "that" is for everything🤣🤣
Hey, I have been following you for quite sometime now and I actually turn and learn my ingredients now thanks to you. Even though I understand that eye creams and moisturisers are basically have the same ingredients, I still prefer to use an eye cream.
I like the thick consistency of eye creams but I can’t apply it all over my face as my facial skin just has it own mood 😅 and there are only a few creams that I have tried that don’t break me out.
I was just watching ur videos and i saw a video that u made a week ago and there was ur subscriber and u were talking to her in hindi omg I'm from India too love u soo much omg 🥺❤️ that was so sweet
In Gemma's case it has so much to do with genetics too! I have seen her mom irl and she is insanely beautiful. Same goes for Gemma.
Why ppl think it’s Genes, American just blame genes and forgot that you are what you eat 😂
You keep talking against eye creams. As someone with *really* sensitive eyes some eye creams just saved my life. My undereye can get so dry and painful... Not only I *can't* use face cream for my undereye, I also cannot use about 80% of eye creams out there, even ones for sensitive eyes. So thank god eye creams are a thing.
Same! I have psoriasis so a lot of face creams I can't use on my eyes.
What do you use? I have insanely sensitive eyes as well
Yeah because eye creams can be an overpriced gimmick lol but there's always someone who'll buy into it
You’re a positive light! I appreciate you! Much love and light to you and yours💚
video suggestion: design skincare routines for certain types of skins(or even different personalities, different priorities) and have like a routine under 30, under 50, ect. you’re my fav skinfluencer for recommendations💓💓
The thing with age group skin routines is that our skin never got the memos of how to behave with each age. My 26 year old daughter has had dry sensitive skin since high school. Sunscreens that leave me a shiny mess soak into her skin and she still has room for a moisturizer. My face’s T zone has been working 24/7 harder than a hive of bees to churn out oil like the economy was depending on it for fuel. Almost 15 years of prescription retinol has not been able to find the Slow Down button. The skin under my eyes, however, is really tired of so many years of dedicated work and would like to slow down to half days. Some things can be ‘age typical’ but sooooo many other things refuse to conform to The Norm. But wear your sunscreen.
@@sarahrosen4985 I meant like under 30 dollars, ect not age; mostly just to see more of her recommendations for products and what ones she sees as good to work together 🤷🏼♀️
@@tabitha8707 ahhhhhhh! Got it! Great idea.
the foreo eye massager feels really good,i know it's expensive and i wouldnt say its a must have but i just it differently than she does and i can see the changes. it feels really nice to help drain the sinuses. it really does feel like gentle tapping you'd only get at a spa
Hello. Do you see results in fine lines ? That is what i am looking for, especially directly under the eye, looking forward to your response hehe
I THINK YOU NEED A T SHIRT THAT SAYS EYE CREAMS ARE OVERPRICED MOISTURISERS
Did she actually put any products on her face. She seemed to be going through the motions!
Have met her in real life and her skin in real life is incredible, she is one of the most beautiful people I have ever met. The video doesn’t even do her skin justice.
I’ve nearly ordered the Reduit device so many times! Can’t wait to hear your review 🥰🥰 xx
Hey 👋 I use eye creams... I just like how they aren't to heavy for your undereyes as thick creams can over load the delicate under eye area and create dark circles. However I'm fully aware that I could just use SOME (never too thick though) face creams too. Il never spend a lot on an eyecream but il always use one with Retinal in xxxx
She is so beautiful and elegant. I love her! One of my favorite actresses
The only eye cream I use is La Roche Posay eye cream with retinol and caffeine, simply because I don’t feel comfortable putting my Differin cream there, it’s too strong.
This is the one I use too….and for the same reason!
Easy. You put moisturizer on let it dry out and then put on Differin cream. Money saved
@@jivillain I always do that on my face anyway, still too strong for my under eye area.
I am lucky, I seem to have skin of steel! I put retinal on my eyes
@@mariakarnaukhova56 I also use differin and when I started using it a couple of years ago I would use it around my eyes until, I woke up one morning and couldn’t open my eyes from swelling. I now have a permanent puffy left eye . I now apply Vaseline around my eyes before I apply differin to my face but unfortunately can’t undo the damage I’ve already done ….massive lesson learnt
You outta see her in crazy rich Asians
Love that movie!
Expensive skincare doesn’t always mean best quality
Cause we all know not every product is going to work for every skin type
I legit want that eye-brator. I have really bad try eye and my ophthalmologist told me to massage my eyes to declog the tear ducts.
Does massaging your eyes really help dry eyes??? What part are you supposed to massage and how? 😅
I wish for Cassandra to try polish, cruelty free, non expensive brand Ziaja, wide variety of vegan products. World of cosmetics its not only about american chicks and your audience is wider than North America.
Ziaja is my favourite, I use many of their products.
She's gorgeous but there is a pretty strong skin filter on her!
EvenSkyn came out with a vibrating eye wand VENUS - with thermal collagen stimulation, ionic import, sonic massaging & phototherapy. Got it in PR. I’m still perplexed lol
Zinc PCa has come to be something I love! I found a mask with zinc pca and copper peptides. It’s awesome! My blackheads don’t stand a chances. (I use other thinks also)
She's GORGEOUS, but she's definitely wearing makeup. MAYBE her skin is that luminous, reminiscent of wearing a very soft pearlescent powder, but her nose and cheeks are clearly contoured. Also her brows look to have a tiny bit of brow powder on them. I'm thinking this is why there was no cleanser
I think lots of celebs don’t wash there face for videos because it’s messy and the water could get on their shirt. Some people are saying there’s a filter though.
Dear Cassandra you look absolutely gorgeous , Can you please post a video on this minimalist makeup routine , Thank you .
Well, she was on a TV show where she's a robot. So, she never gets tired and doesn't age. 🤖
I love your videos, and I'm still relatively new to the beautiful butterfly community! I think it would be really interesting to see a video or segment where you analyze some of your butterfly's skincare routine. If you have done something of the sort, please point me in the right direction! ❤
Why do they use filters on skin care routines? 🙃
As an experienced esthetician, your truth is refreshing.
hyaluronic acid is absolutely amazing for me because I live in a super humid state. skin is plump and springy af
I like to try the crazy expensive stuff, thank you nordies for the samples!
Oh I love her very much! I had a good laugh when I got my own iris and saw a video of some kind where she referred to it as her eyebrator lol. In all seriousness though, it's a really cool device to have
I do use eye creams and I don't mind them so much, there's a lot of affordable options out there like Gemma uses. And I also use the iris! It does look naughty, but it's excellent haha
I love to rip on rich people that overspend on skincare (like my sister). But then they can afford it and I can’t, so it’s actually fair that they spend more $$ than I do for a product that does the same thing : ). BTW, I feel like Gemma has makeup on making that video…that is why she barely touches her skin with the skincare products.
Gemma is gorgeous of course but am I the only one that kinda saw a filter?
Hi Cassandra Bankson, I don't use filters on my skincare videos but there is one thing to mention for these Vogue videos and that is, it looks very much like they are heavily filtered, check what happens to the skin when she uses the Mario highlighter... well, I don't say it is filtered but the texture of the skin surely seems to vary a great deal. I think it's important to be honest about how one looks when doing skincare videos but I might be a hopeless case in that respect.

I like eye creams, regular moisturizers often run and seep into the eyes throughout the day/night, often give me puffy eyes by retaining too much moisture or possibly causing some light swelling of the area or just do far less for the fine lines and darkness than the actual eye creams I like. I feel like it's not bullshit if you use a well formulated, moderately priced eye cream you won't waste money but will get a much more comfortable, more practial/effective and less irritating care (both to the skin and to you). I don't need the same formulation for all parts of my face or for all occasions, I use specialized things for other parts of my face too like the t zone etc. Sure, moisturizer can moisturize your skin wherever you put it, that doesn't mean you can't get better for specific areas. By that logic you can just use your body lotion for your face as well, but no, cause it makes sense to optimize if possible.
Some folks do use their body lotion for their face. Dr Dray has said it's fine as long you tolerate. It doesn't work for everyone but it can be done.
@@db-gb5xi I know it can be done, of course it can, we've all done it in a pinch. And that is what I'm saying, just because something is 'fine' doesn't mean it's a waste of money to get a little more specific for certain areas or situations..
Love Iris Foreo. I have big bags under my eyes especially from lack of sleep and I tried soooo many things. The only one I do notice a difference is this device. But only using 2x a day (so don’t buy it if you don’t have the habit of spending time with your skincare)
I'm planning on buying the Iris next black friday :D I hear great things from it. I have the Luna3, Bear and UFO2 too
What is that?
How long do you use the Iris for? I'm thinking of getting it to help in the mornings. At the moment I dab caffeine serum on when I wake up, but I think this would be helpful to help work the caffeine in.
I adore everything foreo, and have to say is really soothing
"Fufu cream" I'm trademarking that.
Foreo is Swedish NOT Swiss. Both are European countries. The former - a Nordic county and in the European Union, the latter a Central European country and not within the European Union.
There then, geography lesson for North Americans over 😄
When are you going to talk about the Dropplette? I think that is a good gadget to have.
Omg, I have been waiting for this one !
Gemma looks so beautiful
Cassandra,girl.....I love you and very happy to find your channel!!!
I use eye cream... Here's why.
I do not use lotion or cream. Eye creams don't break me out so I use them under my eyes, across my cheeks, and it the areas that I'm starting to see fine lines. It does take a tiny bit more but it's worth it.
I like Pacifica ceramide eye cream. Then in the morning I use Bliss.
No moisturizer required because I use only things with active ingredients so I don't break out.
If I'm drier, I use a little more eye cream.
It lasts me a month.
I use a thick moisturizer under my eye and only under my eye because that is the only place I need it. I use hyper pigmentation treatments on certain areas of my cheeks and only on those areas of my cheeks where I have hyper pigmentation because that is the only place I need it. I use prescription Retin-A everywhere on my face except my chin because my chin can't handle it. I use adapaline on my neck and chest because it can't handle Retin-A. The right tool for the job.
I remember being on the live while you were filming this!!💖💖
Your hair looks so gorgeous 😻😻😻
What a beautiful eyebrator!
I really likes the externals movie to be honest but damn she looks soooo sad all the time. Her skin is beautiful. It's her gaze that freaks me out. I would constantly give her tissues as I think she's on the edge of crying all the time 🙈
I’m always so surprised with how much she knows like where do you keep all that information Dumbledores memory cabinet lol
I am trying and loving the inkey list caffeine eye cream because i think i may have rosacea. I smear it all around my eyes and down onto my cheeks. I honestly think its been helping my redness ☺

What Mac and Cheese do you buy/eat? My younger sister and I are trying to cut out/down on dairy. Dairy free cheese that tastes good is so hard to find. I'm sure you know.
PLEASE REVIEW NATURIUM SKINCARE
Gemma is so gorgeous. 😍
The L'Oréal HA serum is one of the best rated by content creators in Latin America. Unfortunately, The Inkey List or The Ordinary are not sold in most of our countries. There are some people who go to the US and buy them for selling but their price is insane. At the end, if you can't afford it, it's cheaper to buy the L'Oréal serum over the counter than TIL oe TO. And the Foreo thing, it's been in the market for some years. I saw it in Sephora when I lived in Mexico some years ago and when I turned it on I had the same impression 😅
I'd love a routine for people with hella dry eczema skin. I know, I know, talk to my derm, and I do. LOL
Please do a review on the Augustinus Bader cream! I listened to a really interesting podcast with the founders.
May I ask what podcast it was? I'm interested.
@@raha5527 it was Breaking Beauty. Definitely worth a listen!😊
I never used eye creams in my 20's and 30's but I noticed in my 40's my under eye area is drier. I live in Cape Town and it's hot here. So at night I use an eye cream with HA, Caffeine and Vitamin E. And during the day, sunscreen ofcourse.
I think that's kind of her point about eye creams... You can use a moisturizer for the same result, it doesn't have to be an eye cream (because marketing has created this false narrative that you need a different product for your eyes when you get older, and its usually expensive)
@@judyh3707 I personally have really really sensitive eyes.
And eye creams tend to cause less irritation than regular moisturizer in my experience.
(I use the cerave eye cream or the LRP toleriane nuit around my eye area.... 🤷🏼♀️)
@@judyh3707 Hi, I prefer Caffeine and HA for my under eyes and Retinol for my face. It made a huge difference. Skin is different as you age and some people need specific treatments/creams for the face. It was a learning curve for me.
Love learning a book with you. 🤩
Réduit is said like “red we” and it is French :) it means reduced
I use the gua sha. If you do it right, it’s an awesome massage. Not kidding, my lines are practically cut in half. I can feel the muscles and when I massage over them my face is so relaxed. I have a roller too but I like the control of the gua sha tool. It’s just awesome for me.
Really ??? Lines under the eyes ???
Weird application technique, did she actually get any on her skin?
Wonder what the eyebrator could do for someone who really needs ‘extra’, like my little one who was born without the C7 nerve on one side of her face. She can’t fully close her eye or move that side of her face. I’m always harping about lymph drainage with the doctors and I always get this look of ‘lymph drainage? Who cares about that? Is that a Thing? Was I supposed to be paying attention to that in medical school?’ For adults, this looks like Bell’s Palsy.
You are AMAZING!! 😊😊
Please, please, please review Augustinus Bader the way they recommend (full time frame). I legit saw a huge difference in my skin, but I don't know enough to know whether there are other products that would do the same thing. I do everything to make the product last and gave up facials for this product because I feel like I don't even need them with it.
(FYI, Réduit is pronounced Ray-dewy)
Huh? Why would you prefer the NuFace over the Bear? The Bear has ANTIshock build in! What makes NuFace better in your opinion? I'd like to hear it.
Everyone has different opinions on these devices. At least one esty I follow (Go See Christy) likes the myolift over the nuface (actually at least two I know of). There are also at least three channels that specialize in at home devices that have videos/instructions on most of these devices, The Organic Esthetician, Penn Smith Skincare, Beauty Beyond 40.
I've been trained in lymphatic drainage and so many people are doing it incorrectly.
I’m confused why you’re acting like you’ve never seen the FOREO tool when Paris Hilton used the same thing in the skincare routine reaction video that you made a few months back. But I agree..way overpriced!!
I just commented the same! And she didn't react this negatively in Paris Hilton's video
She's really inconsistent and I feel totally deceived with her "opinion" on foreo.
Hi we want cos de baha review its Korean brand and reminds me of the ordinary and Paula choice the have B3 (20%)they the ingredients look really amazing ( consider clean natural blah blah but ingredients look good but I don’t see any preservatives in the product what do you think

OKAY NAILS WE SEE YOU 😍💞
Go off girl....👍🏾☀️☀️
I’ve never been one for eye creams.. I do almost always bring my moisturizer to my eyes though. 🤷🏼♀️
As far as eye creams, because I use corrective contact lenses, I usually use as needed. So for instance if I've had a stressful day and my eyes feel tired, I try a soothing one, or if I know I'm going to be outside for an extended period I use one built with SPF because it's specifically formulated and safe around eyes (sunglasses can only do so much). Otherwise if I'm inside, I'll just gently tap (with clean hands, usually washed with something at least a 4.0% chlorhexidine gluconate solution wash like Hibiclens or a 1% salicylic based soap. which cleans hands well but doesn't affect my skin or interact terribly with the products I'm using) the whatever remaining residual traces of rosehip seed oil I already use on my face & neck only my undereye area.
Also even though it's odd and way to close to other types of devices that bear similarity, (and I will use it if given as a gift) that Foreo Iris "eyebrator".seems interesting to use, especially when massaging near corners of the eyes by the tear ducts, where I can get weary if I'looking at a screen or reading intensively too long., on the frontal sinus (area between forehead and nose) to relieve tension, around the nose, because i tend to deal with a lot of pressure sensitivity there that affects the nasal glands and thus drainage, and even behind the back of the ears sometimes because of earpieces that rub irritatingly when wearing glasses.
Coincidental but it's funny that cosmic rays are mentioned at 15:04 because Gemma is appearing in a Marvel film, "The Eternals" as a wise, knowledgeable character named Sersi, whose powers include among other abilities, cosmic energy manifestation as any form of electromagnetism (heat, light, electricity,, rays, etc.), the others being immortality; superhuman strength, speed, agility, reflexes, stamina and durability;
invulnerability; molecular and atomic manipulation; telekinesis; telepathy,; teleportation and flight.
Hey Cassandra, can u react to Nicola peltz skincare routine? She’s a billionaires daughter and it actually surprised me to know some of the things she uses are really affordable.
Does moisturizing at the same time as using a BHA or AHA defeat the purpose of the exfoliant? I read an article that says it does... but thats the only article Ive ever seen stating that
Not at all, at least from experience, chemical exfoliation can help with taking in moisture better, and it's highly important to apply moisturizer after that due to AHA and BHA being drying to the skin, not to mention SPF the next day

Such a pretty woman!! But it kinda freaked me out how she barely even touched her face. It looked like she didn’t even put the products on 😂😂
What sunscreen can i use on my face, with dry skin and mild seborheic dermatits?? thank you
Gemma is beautiful. Dear Cassandra, there is no need to be this toxic. But thank you for your vids. By the way , Reduit founder has nothing to do with Foreo, Reduit founder is Paul Peros. I got the Iris, its actually great, as it doesn't get tired, and my tired puffy eyes get excellent massage! Love it
How on earth was she being toxic?
I would actually like to know what you think of the luxury cream after using it, I’ve heard it’s magical but the price… 😫 if you can write it off on your taxes, girl I’d love to see you try it and review it for us!
Cassandra, I have a question regarding spf. In your case, where do you get your vitamin D from? Thing is, the way I have seen you talk in your videos (I have been binge-watching them for over a week now :D), it seems that you never expose your skin to the sun without protection. I have been researching the vit D topic a lot in the past 10 years and I have learned many things about it, including the fact that even an spf of 15 will not allow any vit. D absorption into the skin. Every person needs to expose their skin to the sun about 30 min a day, unprotected, on 80% of the body, to get the needed amount, especially during summer months (the body then stores enough for the winter days as well). Now one can say: well there's always supplements. But that is not a solution. Most vitamin D supplements on the market contain colecalciferolum, which is a hormone. We call it "hormone D" because it's really bad for the body. Doctors keep pushing this kind of supplementation, when it's highly toxic and can do more damage than good. Cod liver oil helps a lot, but it's not enough, the body still needs the sun to create vitamin D. I am writing this because I've become a bit concerned with how you promote sunscreen in your videos without warnings. About 11 years ago, when I was in my early 20's, I was using spf constantly, covering myself up in all seasons and wearing sunglasses. It took me a few years to become very sick because of this and I had no idea I was so low in D. I hope that other people don't make the same mistakes as I do. I had terrible anxiety, heart problems and thinning of the hair, all due to the lack of sun exposure without sunscreen. 30 minutes a day unprotected will not give you cancer if you follow some simple rules: expose your skin to the sun only during safe hours and use a magnesium oil afterwards to help the vit. D get well absorbed. Also, a thing many people don't know is that we scrub our skin way too much, not allowing it to absorb the sun vitamin correctly. Ok, this was long, but I hope no one takes this the wrong way, I am writing this as a concern for your viewers especially.
A quote from the skin cancer foundation:
Prevailing studies show that people who use sunscreen daily can maintain their vitamin D levels.
One of the explanations for this may be that no matter how much sunscreen you use or how high the SPF, some of the sun’s UV rays reach your skin. An SPF 15 sunscreen filters out 93 percent of UVB rays, SPF 30 keeps out 97 percent, and SPF 50 filters out 98 percent. This leaves anywhere from 2 to 7 percent of solar UVB reaching your skin, even with high-SPF sunscreens. And that’s if you use them perfectly.

Another quote from the author that published an article in the British Journal of Dermatology - "Sunlight is the main source of vitamin D. Sunscreens can prevent sunburn and skin cancer, but there has been a lot of uncertainty about the effects of sunscreens on vitamin D," said lead author Prof. Antony Young, of King's College London. "Our study, during a week of perfect weather in Tenerife, showed that sunscreens, even when used optimally to prevent sunburn, allowed excellent vitamin D synthesis."
What we know about sunscreens, is that they do not block 100% of UV rays. So you are still getting enough exposure. Especially when most people in the first place do not apply enough or reapply throughout the day. Other than that, vitamin d levels can be maintained by eating vitamin d rich foods like salmon, mackerel, egg yolks or foods that are fortified with D3. And supplements are widely recommended by doctors.
Colecalciferol is literally vitamin D3. D2 is called ergocalciferol. And vitamin D forms are hormones. It's been found that D3 is far more effective at raising blood vitamin D levels. As with any vitamin and mineral, overdosing on D3 can lead to toxicity. Taking the RDA is safe!
@@chanelb6050 Again, supplementation with vitamin D is bad because it's a hormone. Doctors don't know everything and they will prescribe high amounts of D without understanding its dangers. Only cod liver oil from fresh sources is good for vit A and D, and exposure to sunlight. Also, please remember that are people who do not absorb vit D as well as others and become highly deficient in it when using spf. I am one of those people. Not everyone requires the same amount of sunscreen, but people watching these videos won't understand that. Yes, skin cancer is a thing, but vitamin D deficiency is more common than you think. While melanoma accounts for about three percent of skin cancer cases, it's estimated that about 1 billion people worldwide have low blood levels of vitamin D. You may think this is nothing compared to cancer, and I do agree that low levels of vit D can be cured easier, it's not something that people get checked often. If left untreated over time, vitamin D deficiency can lead to serious bone disorders. For example, severe and long-term vitamin D deficiency may result in rickets or osteomalacia. When was the last time you had you D levels checked (blood and storage)? My low levels due to spf caused me heart problems, depression, anxiety, hair loss, teeth problems and more. Some of these cannot be treated, I have to take medication for the rest of my life. And I know I'm not the only one in this situation. Again, please remember that vit D supplements are very dangerous and only the sun can help with storage vit D.
Somehow Alexandra, I'm not going to believe a random person on the internet who 'did research' knows more than scientific data and medical professionals. If a person is deficient, supplementation is not dangerous. If a person is not deficient, don't take supplements. Yes, one billion are vitamin d deficient and I doubt it has to do with spf usage.
@@chanelb6050 No one is a "random person on the internet", I think you are a bit smarter than to believe that. Maybe English is not my first language, but at the same time, I have a degree in psychology and health psychology specifically. I had a task to actually read at least 40 studies every single week for 3 years and I have even met some of the people conducting those studies. You don't need to believe this "random person on the internet", but studies don't lie. Did you read any article on health and spf in general? You tend to believe in them but haven't actually read more than 1 or 2, if any. And those from random people on the internet. Cassandra knows many things, but she lacks in certain departments, as we all do, and lathering on spf every hour is definitely not the best choice for our bodies. You don't need to believe me, but I hope that at least some of the people reading this will start testing out their vitamin D levels before doing what Cassandra does.
Please react to Cloe Bailey's skincare routine on vogue please!
Hello, I need some advice - I ordered from Love mememe who are a supposedly cruelty free and vegan brand however, I found Carmine listed on the ingredients list of their Duvet Days Body Butter? I've emailed them but I don't know if there's anything else I can do? Sorry to be a pain x
I know that you aren’t a hair person but I also know that all of these are covered. So my question is how do you feel about Hair Botox and what exact is it?
