Love REO and tuna noodle casserole! My mom used to make it when I was little, with the peas too and it was my entry to my Girl Scouts troop cookbook in the 70’s! And it’s a must for those extra wide egg noodles, not the wide that are not wide at all! Lol I love it and y’all! 😍

Hi there! It really is yummy...and although we do love the sautéd mushrooms, you could leave them out (cuz you're such a good roomie) and it would still be really delish!! Let us know if you try it and what y'all think!
Looks delicious! Any recommendations on tuna brands or kinds?
We've used more expensive brands before (Wild Caught), but the casserole is so loaded with flavor, you could use good ole Chicken of the Sea or StarKist are really just fine in this case! So good!
Some pearl onions would be fantastic in there!
