Great video, thank you :) I live in Holland, May and June are the worst months here with hay fever, I've been trying this remedy: honey, cayenne pepper, garlic, lemon and ginger.......
Trinity K That sounds nice. Whats it like? Most people prefer it sweet with the honey. I like the citrusy lemon and ginger feeling in my throat though.
I think it's helping. But it's too early to tell yet. It usually kicks in around now/ early June so fingers crossed! I've tried everything over the years as I suffer very badly for about 2 months very summer! Will try adding the Braggs and the nettle tea again.. Thanks!
Great job on the video. I suffer from hey fever and I can't wait to put this thru its paces 😁 I just stumbled across ur channel earlier today when I was looking up brownie recipes - so glad I subscribed!
Will have to try this since antihistimines aren't doing the trick! Morning and night are always the worst of times, and thank goodness I have LOADS of nettle around the gaff! Cheers...
a doctor in uk also said at night time as the air cools the pollen particles fall to breathing level so makes sense it would be worse at this time:) I am doing something similar but going to crank this up now thanks guys for the inspiration
Gonna try this and brew it all together, let it steep and cool, then add in honey and acv after so the heat doesn’t kill all the goodness! Thanks guys :)
Hi guys, would it be possible to include the ingredients in the description section? That way we know how much of each to use. I would like to try this soon. Otherwise, a good video. Thanks for sharing.
Looks great lads! I've been drinking my own version with sliced organic ginger, lemon & raw local honey everyone morning! Have tried your older recipe with apple cider vinegar last year! Must try it again with this new recipe...
Monikarita Tolentino It would defeat the purpose. We use honey because it's made up of local pollen and consuming it helps you build up a defence against the pollen where you live and helps prevent hay-fever. Sorry. D:
J P Murray Local beeswax is the real CURE...but if not local...as near as possible...where the plants are mostly the same... SEE MY VIDEO if u are ready for relief!!! 🐝

Robo Croft That's amazing. Thanks for watching the videos and welcome to the neighbourhood, haha. Hope the remedy works for you. :D
Chamomile is in the ragweed family....Will this help build antibodies to Ragweed just like Pollen in the honey? 😫🙏🏻
would you be able to do a video on brewing your own apple cider vinegar? :)
blesshercottonsocks Sure we can add it to the calendar, we're still trying to perfect ours at the moment. :D
Hasn't worked for me.. 😔, hayfever high this year . Does it have to be fresh nettles or would Nettle Teabags suffice??
Will have to try this since antihistimines aren't doing the trick! Morning and night are always the worst of times, and thank goodness I have LOADS of nettle around the gaff! Cheers...

wouldnt it be better to consume the honey raw so that the pollen is more intact?
Gonna try this and brew it all together, let it steep and cool, then add in honey and acv after so the heat doesn’t kill all the goodness! Thanks guys :)

BEE CURED.🐝🐝🐝🐝🐝
Do you know any good substitutes for honey? Would pure maple syrup work?

Honey helps SOME...
chewing beeswax CURES !!!!!!!
See my video
suffer no more...
go for it!
This is great 👍👍
Would agave be a good substitute for honey? I'm allergic to it. :(
Gurkirat Kaur Not in this recipe, the honey is the key element in preventing the hay-fever because you are consuming the pollen that causes it.
Try chewing the beeswax...see my video and see what i did to be cured.
i take apple cider vinegar every morning :)
1024specialkay It's a cure for nearly everything possible, haha. :D
