My most played Spotify song was headless horseman because of those C2s. Geoff is my top artist and had all 5 of my top songs. Top 0.05% of listeners too
Nice reel! Tho some chest notes are actually subharmonic notes using vocal fry, like Sixteen tons. But that's almost what I find most impressive. The sound of his subharmonic singing is almost inseparable.
You can compare the note to a note played musical instrument, scince when you play instruments you know exactly what note you are playing. Also, you can use any tuner (even a mobile app). Tuners are things that show what note is being played/sung. Finally, some people (mainly musicians) have perfect pitch. It's an ability to "remember notes," so you just know what note that is when you hear a sound; however, perfect pitch is pretty rare (~1 in 5000 people have "natural" perfect pitch. But musicians develop it more often; therefore, about 4% of musicians have it)
In the debate of Tim Foust vs Geoff Castellucci, my personal opinion lies on Geoff because of the fact that his notes are delivered with clarity, and are less growl notes. Not to say that Tim isn't amazing either, but my personal preferences lie with Geoff.
I can't remember which is which, but it's Ring in either Japan or the US and Grudge in the other. FWIU, the US one is a remake of the Japanese one, but they're the same story
I don't think he's reaching that low, I think the person just exaggerated/misheard a c1 with fry. This man can hit a solid B0, but I don't think he hit a C0, that's a bit of a stretch... right?
I am amazed. The human voice has range. It has given me pleasure to see what has been accomplished.
Great to hear!😊
The Castellucci voice has range
these low sounds are hard to believe .....soooo amazing ! Goosebumps all over my body, shivers down my spine !

Can't get enough of you, Geoff 💜💜💜💜💜💜
Good video! Nice for including the White Christmas G1s
Thanks! Yea I saw that Geoff posted a new video so I added a couple clips from there
Thanks for always watching my videos it means alot
@@RCMusic-x1d you’re welcome!
This dude gives me goosebumps just bc of his voice
Geoff is not human....his voice amazes me.
Yea me too
My lowest chest is a A#1 on a good day and geoff effortlessly does 9 G1s in his unshaken cover😭
Geoff tickles my ear drum so good
Geoff is my favorite bass singer, then comes Tim Foust and then there is the Bass Gang.
My favourite is Tomi P if you could consider hitting a COUNTABLE C#0 in a song bass
My Favorite Singer From Voiceplay is Geoff by Far
Mine is definitely Eli lol
4:16 I never knew he still could be able to hit that note!🤯🤯🤯
Sorry I thought it was a really quick C#1 but its actually an A1
@@RCMusic-x1d Yeah it's an A1. Thanks for the attention. He has never hit a C#1 in chest voice.
It is more like a B1.
Even if it was a brief C#1 it cannot be counted
i think this is the frequency flash vibrates at the phase through solid matter
Fabulous people ,your the best x
I do have to say that the C#1 chest is not existent, it’s more around an A1.
That's what I was talking about! Geoff would never be able to hit a C1 sliding down! Maximum slide range only a D1 in Mr blue sky.
YES I ALMOST COMMENTED THIS
Those low notes shock my tenor soul keeping notes in tune under A#3 with power is hard for me
I was feeling shit for being a baritone and not a bass. I guess I should be happy with what I got
Amazing 😍👍

Sixteen tons he made a point to only use chest, although I’m sure he mixes a little bit of fry on G and below.
I used to be able to sing back in the day in a band and had a good range high to low but never anything like that, way impressive
That's crazy. Lowest I can hit with chest voice is an E2.
Yeah!
Damn a C#1 in chest is insane
2:20 is a held not, he held it over half a second which I think is enough to be countable
this doesn't even show his impeccable control of his higher notes, the man is insane
1/5/23. EXCELLENT!
What device are you using to scan these notes?
3:08 has the best bass
Oh I can do that lowest fry note if that’s what it’s called lol. I used to scare the crap out of my kids with it lol 😂
Hey just wondering, how do you measure these notes?
Wondering this as well

Hello :) Thank you for this! But what’s the first song?
Headless horseman
@@Albetyrizztein you’re an angel! This was a year ago but it’s nice to finally know 😂
@@lordfartquaad9491 yeah, I had to do it for the entertainment

Anybody knows what is the first clip from ? i wanna listen to it
The guy has the vocal range of a piano
No he doesn't. He goes 1 octave lower than the lowest range pm most pianos. And I think the highest not I've seen him do is D6
You put a lot of subharmonics as chest notes, but I loved the compilation anyways
I just want him to sing the phone book to me.
geoffs lowest chest note is a d#1 in sixteen tons when he says step aside
That was smth like a G1 lmao
1:46 - song, please
Kidnap the sandy claws cover by Voiceplay
Your voice is amazing. how long did you train to be able to do this?
This isn’t me it is a person named Geoff Castellucci
What's the difference between lowest and reached chest note?
Lowest chest node is lowest held chest note but reached is like sliding into the chest note. The E1 example is the best example
Don't forget C#1's at the end of Wicked and Hide and Seek!
I was gonna but then there would be too many C#1 clips
What's the name of the song he did at 3:07
House of the rising sun
Thanks
Np
There is something about the B0 that makes it seem like the lowest subharmonic note that I’ve ever heard ever thought you sang an E0/F0 subharmonic!
Me? Nono i would never be able to do that! You are thinking of Rts bass
It's actually the Grudge, not the ring, but we understand anyways haha
I can't remember which is which, but it's Ring in either Japan or the US and Grudge in the other. FWIU, the US one is a remake of the Japanese one, but they're the same story
Geoff has now hit an F1 Chest in “In the air tonight”
Thanks I'll check it oit
Wow
すご
😳
He hits an A0 sub in voiceplays halo theme cover
B0.
Don't go down to Funky D,
It will make you sing off key.
His low notes have the ability to vibrate parts only a battery normally achieves!😜
0:37
What about it?
1:25 that is a G0 not a G1
No it it a G1 he can’t chest a G0
It was more like a growl you can even hear it
@@Slashest2.0 that is a g1 just quiet and breathy making it seem lower then it is
Geoff lowest chest is F1 other things you include is just a fairy tale
3:05 is uncountable you cant include
It's there but i counted it as slided chest note, his lowest full chest note F#1
My stupid speakers can't resolve anything lower than a D1, LOL. Got three opinions, but alas, no.
When you have the same range as Geoff and you're 16
His countable range ends at A0 but even though i cant go up to an A#5 i can definitely go lower than A0
There is no way he reach a C#1 chest it is just editing thing
I don't think he's reaching that low, I think the person just exaggerated/misheard a c1 with fry. This man can hit a solid B0, but I don't think he hit a C0, that's a bit of a stretch... right?
That is definitely a C#0 lmao its very easy to reach that low and lower with fry/ingressive if you practice a lot
C0 is fr part of my every second of every day range with ingressive
Corredtion, most of the first octave chest notes are a Chest-Fry mix.
