- During the second presidential debate, Donald Trump said that if he wins the election, he will appoint a special prosecutor to look into Hillary Clinton's email "situation."

Diamond Dave did you actually followed what happened?FBI cleared her and they are not the ones that should clear anyone but should give all investigative evidence to department of justice and they clear someone based on the evidence.And Hillary set up private server at her home and when she subpoena for it, she did delete emails that she thought were going to cost her in the subpoena process. In the end, Military Generals, CIA operatives have and did spent time in prison for doing exact same thing. But the invastigation was crushed before it reached department of justice. Why should less powerful people suffer consequences and more politically powerful don’t?

Appointing a special prosecutor is the only way to go, the fair way. The current Justice Department handed out immunity like candy and the FBI prosecuted nobody. The FBI's excuse for not using a subpoena to get laptops was because it would take too long. That suggests they wanted to clean up the issue for Hillary Clinton before the election.
