    सकाळी जाग आली कि लगेच उठा. उगीच बेड वर पडत बसू नका. कारण मग विचार येतात, आणि त्यात्त आपण रमतो.
    मग ब्रश करत -करत चाला.
    व्यायाम करा /योगा करा. फास्ट व्यायाम करा. त्यामुळे एंनर्जी वाढते.
    बॅड केमिकल कमी होतात.
    व्यायाम झाल्या नंतर तुम्ही सिम्पल ध्यान करा.15-20 मिनिट./देवासमोर बसून ध्यान करा.
    मग डे प्लॅन करा. लवकर होणारी काम लवकर करा. छोटे छोट गोल्स पूर्ण करा.
    आणि मग जे विचार येतात त्यातील निगेटिव्ह विचार, प्रॉब्लेम येणारे विचार लिहून काढा.

    Main bhi kafi time se anxiety se presan hun.aur Maine psychiatrist se bhi consult kiya.but kuch month Tak hi medicine ka effect rehta h .uske baad phirr se anxiety ka asar dikhne lagta h.isliye ab mujhe samjh aaya ki khud se hi hme khud par work krna hota h. Tysm dr.sahab 🙏
