How is Index and Match better than Vlookup?
Index and Match is just more flexible, but it requires more work. You'll still be using vlookup for 90% of your lookup needs, but index and match will allow you to do two way lookups by searching both the rows and columns of a matrix.
Index and Match can lookup in both directions, whereas vlookup can only search in one direction.
