Recently my boss made the comment when trying to teach me vlookups "I'm not going to teach you everything about this" which left me paralyzed. He went through it so fast and not giving me any opportunity to try it myself. However, it is part of what he "expects" me to know to. At this point I was desperate for a tutor that knows how to teach.
I looked up other on line tutorials, but this one in fact nailed it.
Jon is a "teacher" not a person trying to RUclips a dollar and get subscriptions. Watch this and you to call never again fear the dreaded word.... VLOOKUP.

He explained extremely well. I am very impressed. Generally, after having entered Vlook up we get complex set of function in the bracket which confuses all of us. He explained it fantastically well, putting aside any doubt. I have to perform the formulae frequently in the office; hence, I was tensed since no one teaches it in the office. Fortunately, I chanced upon the most relevant video on Vlook up. May God bless you Jon!You are a great trainer!! Undoubtedly!!!

Jon, great explanation on VLOOKUP! One trick I do to save some typing is to use 0 instead of FALSE in this function since 0 and FALSE are the same.

Thanks Daryl! Great suggestion! I'll do a follow-up video on that tip. I tend not to use it because it can confuse people that have not seen it before, especially when you are distributing files to other users. But still a good tip to know! 👍

Great Video. Never used this function before and had an assessment before an interview where i knew VLOOKUP would be a part of the assessment. this short video helped me ace that part of the assessment and i moved on to round 2 of interviews and eventually got the job
