Oh boy. This one’s a doozy!
Today, we investigate what might have happened in this 1999 Honda CR250’s previous life to cause it to seize up! I’ve never taken a seized engine down, but grateful for the opportunity with some help from my friend Scotty. Try to blow air into that left crank side oiling port/hole. That seal was in Too far. Be careful with that ignition seal, 1mm out is better.

Unfortunately I did not get the cylinder. I bought a 93 CR for $800 and the guy handed this bottom end to me and said good luck

That is a result of a lack of maintenance, plain and simple. Some people should not be allowed to own dirt bikes.
