Before I even watch the video I am commenting because I immediately recognize the villain from Robots in the thumbnail. That movie still remains one of my all time favorite movies. It's so simple yet so fun to watch.
It would be cool if we saw the PAYDAY Gang charged for their crimes. It would probably be like a 40 minute video, but it would be very fun to watch, even knowing that they’re pardoned at the end.
For the max possible sentence, each sentence would be on Death Sentence, as loot is the most valuable there, as well as every heist being done in loud if possible, as the most deaths are caused from loud missions. I guess there could be 2 totals, one for minimum crime run and one for max. Funnily enough, the Ukrainian Prisoner job can be done without technically committing a crime, as in stealth you can avoid all killing (the game even encourages it), and you even get a certified forklift driver to operate the one used in the level, and you are saving someone from false imprisonment, as Private Military Contractors can't arrest people.

If Ice Age Villains Were Charged For Their Crimes: You can choose not to believe me if you don't want to, but here are the sentences that I'd be estimating if you do that: Soto would get a stalking charge since in his intro scenes, he spies on a human village with the intent to cause the tribe serious harm. Similar to Death, he would get 10 years since this is most definitely involving the fear of violence. In addition, he would get 4 first degree attempted murders on the villagers, even though there is 5 of them. That is because while Soto and the rest of the pack attacked the men, Diego chased the baby's mother and cornered her at the edge of a dangerous waterfall and instead just jumped over it. This brings him to a blackmail charge since he threatened to kill Diego if he didn't bring Soto the human's baby alive. Because the threat is in the context of another crime you might forget to mention, that would, all in all, be enough for Soto to get put on grounds for extortion. You can choose not to believe me if you don't want to, but here are the sentences that I'd be estimating if you do that:
Soto would get a stalking charge since in his intro scenes, he spies on a human village with the intent to cause the tribe serious harm. Similar to Death, he would get 10 years since this is most definitely involving the fear of violence. In addition, he would get 4 first degree attempted murders on the villagers, even though there is 5 of them. That is because while Soto and the rest of the pack attacked the men, Diego chased the baby's mother and cornered her at the edge of a dangerous waterfall and instead just jumped over it. This brings him to a blackmail charge since he threatened to kill Diego if he didn't bring Soto the human's baby alive. Because the threat is in the context of another crime you might forget to mention, that would, all in all, be enough for Soto to get put on grounds for extortion. He would also get assault with intent to kill over slamming Diego against a rock, 2 first degree attempted murders on BOTH Manny and Diego along with 2 second degree attempted murder charges on Sid and the baby.
Soto's sentence: 9 life + 24 years
Cretaceous and Maelstrom could get a stalking charge for spying on the herd, which will be 5 years. They could also get a first degree murder charge of Stu the turtle and since, I assume, they were stuck in the ice for quite a long time, I would give them a death sentence for mass murder in their past. Not to mention that they also tried to Diego, Sid, Ellie, Crash and Eddie & Manny twice.
Sentence: death + 8 life + 5 years
Rudy would get $50k fine for taking out Buck's eye & first degree attempted murder over trying to kill Manny, Diego, Ellie, Crash & Eddie alongside trying to kill BOTH Buck & Sid twice along with a second degree attempted murder charge over trying to kill Manny and Ellie's newborn daughter Peaches.
