I actually found audio only for Descript is not has high quality even for solo. I think something shifted recently. I love Descript. Have you checked it out since they acquired Squadcast?

That's interesting I wonder if the export keeps it that way or if that's just happening during playback

Yes! I agree, the remote recording feature they added probably helped with fixing any bugs. Descript is great at making frequent updates.
