- This video shows you how to remove the factory OEM subframe bushings and install new solid/poly subframe bushings on a 5th gen camaro. With the cradle under the car using the 2 jack method. Follow my facebook page SAVAGE CAMARO and use the search function to find the proper torque specs for each bolt. If you have any questions feel to ask on my facebook page. I DO NOT follow notifications on youtube. There will be another step by step video of me walking you through it uploaded as well.
I tried to use the Ridetech tool and the welds came apart. This method is much easier. Thanks! BTW that is the plastic bushing melting not glue.
Thank you for the info! Was not sure what it was. Appreciate the correction!
One of the best mods you can do for this and Pontiac G8s!
That's a creative way! saves plenty of time to!!
How are you liking these so far and did you do the front end as well or just the rear? If u had time you should do a review video thatd be awesome 👌
@J Pugh I apologize for the super late response. I dont watch the comments on the videos. Unfortunately I did not get to test these at the track after install. I did however do some street driving and the whole suspension seems a lot more solid (no pun intended). It is a little noisier but does not bother me. I have only really modified the rear suspension. Other than a 1" drop up front.
Why did you change the bushing?
Love protip everythings hot dont go grabbing for shit idk how many times that bit me in the ass before lmao
Does the glue need to scraped out from inside before inserting bushings or is this only for the poly bushings where it is needed?
the company of the bushing?
I'm so sorry for the late response. I dont watch the comments much on the videos. They are afe solid subframe bushings.
Where’s the second video
