Repair of 3 x Demon 2C speed controls.
General preamble to pass the time during lockdown.
Anyone with old Demon speed controls or motors please let us know what you have.
A legend of the early days of rc model car racing in Britain and fondly remember using some of his esc and motors from 1981 on. RIP Mr Demon.
He was and is a true legend

@@nickadams5411 Glad to hear that Nick and nice to put a name to a face. As a 14/15 year old back then I’d call you often for advice on motors and Batteries etc and always got great advice and help from you. Fully appreciative for all your help 🙂.

Great customer service still providing repair service after almost 40 years. I bet if you send in a modern esc in for repair in 40 years they won't even know what to do with it. Very interesting video
There is no limit to the things you’ve done! It’s amazing. You should make a documentary about your career in the hobby.
Really interesting bit of history. I'm sure I have a few in a box from 30 odd years ago. I will dig them out and see what works. 👍

Great video Nick, what a blast seeing these again!. I remember these well, I used to have a Demon Fetish in a Cat XLS along with several Demon motors. My pit guy reversed the battery connectors on the Fetish and blew it - can I send it in for repair! Oh and you used to distribute the PB Mini Mustang - a car I loved but never got to own!

I would love to buy those motor stickers about 25 of them for my own personal motors I’m rebuilding. Been wondering what stickers to put on my old cleaned cans. I would purchase them if you wanted to get rid of some. I have a PayPal account.
