    Hi bro!
    This video will be useful to those who cannot do pull-ups on the horizontal bar, but really want to! I show 5 exercises with which you can pull yourself up on the horizontal bar.
    Train grips: shoulders, closed, wide.
    Must be done in sequence. Each exercise is a new level! If you can do an exercise easily, then move on to the next one.
    For training, you will need parallels and a resistance band.
    Exercise to the max! Do not forget about proper nutrition and healthy sleep! :)

      Да, данная тренировка больше подойдёт для занятий на спортивной площадке
